I want to file complaint against online surveys website called www.payzox.com. its online surveys website. After successfully login into website they will give free trial surveys. After complision of trial surveys they told me to upgrade your account into premium account for earning more money. So, i updated trial account into premium account by paying rs.699/- by paytm. After 24hr they will not upgrade my account into premium account. Now, i realized this is fake website. So, i want to take action against this website. Please do something regarding this i want my money back as soon as possible.

A few days back i took up the trial version of 6 online surveys provided by payzox. When it was their turn to pay for the surveys taken by me, they made it mandatory to upgrade to premium account to be able to take more surveys and be paid for them. I paid an amount of rs 699 via paytm. Account has been upgraded. But i can take further surveys only after uploading my identity documents like pancard, aadhar card and bank account statement. Why do they need these when theri transactions happen through paytm? Inspite of repeated emails to them, there is no communication from their side. I have started to beleive that this is a fraudulent firm and i want my money back.

The company has told it is a paid services company after attending the surveys. For premium upgradation they requestedto pay 699/- my email sidhu. [protected]@gmail.com....

I Have registered on payzox site on 11th of July 2018 and then I completed all the trial surveys as given then after the trail was over the site says that upgrade to premium account for more surveys which costs 699 rupees and i paid that too even then payzox has not completely upgrade my account to the premium account and from the last 2-3 days its still showing that please wait please wait till our confirmation will be sent on your email id but i have not recieved even a single reply from the payzox company yet.
So I request you to refund my 699 rupess if this site is fake or something wrong.I have attached a screenshot of that also which os showing from the last 2-3 days.

Today, i signed up for a website payzox.com who claims to be top paid survey provider website of india and had partnership with many big companiea like vodafone, disney, paytm and all...

Registration process is free but then after completing surveys it ask you to upgrade your account for 699 rupees via paytm..
I have paid them 499 rupees but my account has not yet been upgraded it has stuck on that they will confirm the payment and after confirmation my account will be get upgraded...there are people on third party websites having same issues of account confirmation waiting since months... and thier account never get verified...there is no response for the emails i have sent to them.. the site pretends to be legit but its a fake and phishing site...
There is only fax number mentioned on the website and they claims to be in karnataka... While searching for the databse on whois domain lookup ... It comes that the site registrant is from uttarpradesh... Now when i searched google for the site.. it comes that it is a new website and many people have paid money and didn't get the service they are promised for.
I want my money back. If you need i can provide the paytm transaction report.

If paytm or any other big companys as the site claims has partnered with this site then you must also involve them because kisi bhi chori me chori karne waley ka sath dene wala bhi chor hi hota hai...

Please sir! I want my money back please.
