Payzox — not getting my refund and no reply | |
Hello I had paytm you the fee for converting my account to premium account on 18th august and it is confirmed by you on your site. I came to know from site i have to upload various documents to activate my account including aadhaar card & gst no. I had mailed you that all other documents i can upload but not my aadhar card and gst no, i don't have. As it is mandatory to upload all the documents; so i had requested you to refund my money to my paytm mobile no. But till date neither have received my money nor any reply to any of my mails including through your site under tab "need help" I have never come across a company which neither reply any mails nor have any number to contact.
