Hello sir, its my painful duty to tell you that one of person in our area was build may illegal buildings and this time he will going to build one building which is 5 feet on road, pls take action as early as possible. He is taking the advantage of elections period. His details - mr. Kishor panjabi, phone no - [protected], address - sr. No-133/1, nr. Monibaba vrudhashram, gurudwara road, valhekarwadi chinchwad - 411033

I raise this concern on serious note about poor traffic management and bidirectional traffic underneath hinjewadi bridge (Bhujbal chowk) pune.

There’s a mumbai bangalore highway and on either sides there are two service roads and both roads and set as bidirectional. As a result there’s always a traffic jam or congestion at the chowk.

The vehicles coming from baner side of service road and approaching from ravet side exiting on to service road meet at the spot and no traffic rules are followed.in fact during peak hours a traffic police is needed.

Look at the photos. You can see how all vehicles are on wrong sides because vehicles coming from baner end (Auto and cars as seen in the photo) want to turn right and vehicles existing from highway e. G. The pmpml electric bus wants to turn left. No one can be at the right side of the road else it will create more and more traffic jam.

A traffic police between 6 pm to 8 pm is required to regulate the traffic.

Forget about pedestrians. Their life hangs on a thread if they want to cross it. There’s absolutely no provision of pedestrians to cross this highway. A subway or overhead skywalk is needed.

Water pipline work is going on and contractor excavated road at tulsi landmark spine road sector 11. Pune 411019. No progress of work since last two weeks and one entry gate is completely closed. Very inconvenient to society people. Kindly resume the work or fill the excavated portion at earliest. Very worst work by pcmc. Lot of people complaining.

I would like to inform you that our colony is infested with 6+ street dogs where they create nuisance and litter. Moreover, these dogs bite people. Bark at them and very risky for kids. Bark at moving vehicles also.
Also these dogs are destroying motor cycle seat covers by ripping them off.
Please take immediate action so that we get rid of these dogs. The detailed address of our colony is:

The best part of pcmc is kalewadi rahatni, people can drive vehicle without license and without helmet. Even the traffic police ignore after seeing too many people driving rashly, boys under 16 driving rashly without license and without helmet. Wrong way driving are appreciated by the police. 60 to 70% people are without license and helmet in rahatni and kalewadi. Expecting some action should be taken on this.

Dear sir/madam, for the entire summer when we had alternate day water supply we found the water supply adequate with good pressure, while sorry to say but for the last month on wards we are facing water scarcity and the water pressure is very poor.
Resulting we have to call water tankers for our society.
May i request your immediate action and help in fixing this at the earliest.

I am so worried to write this. There are a number of street dogs in our area (Vithalwadi, near saraswati visual system, akurdi) and yesterday night i became one of their victims.

I understand that there are many like me and request your kind intervention to save life o[censored]s from these stray dogs. They even attack even in day time also.

I the junior citizen of pimple gurav this complaint is about the street light . It has been blinking and not getting started. Please accept our complaint. We have already complaint to our corporater . No one is coming out of the house . Everyone has been scared. That chance has been taken by thefs. Because of the rain all the roads has become muddy no one can see it because of light. Please I begged to take this complaint seriously . I faith on you that you will probably resolve our problem.

I have been trying to create a group on pcmcsports, however i am not able to find the link on the homepage. Since i cannot create a group, it does not allow me to do the booking since it needs a group id. The terms and condition on the page says that it allows to create a group on 20th of every month so i tried to do the same. However could not find a link for the same.

Has many pgs and eating outlets but the road condition here is very bad.
Even prior to rains the roads behind persistent, phase1 were filled with holes.
Now there is some construction going on and also the heavy rains due to which it has been deteriorated.
The cab drivers do not come to pick us due to bad roads, even walking here is dangerous as anyone can slip due to so much mud and water.

We need you to look into this matter as soon as possible as we are facing alot of problems due to this. You need to look into this and get the road made soon as its not even possible to walk in that road.

This is to draw your attention at the ill health hazards caused by the commercial fast food joint box8 and durga cafe situated at "prime square commercial and condominium apartments, 125/5 pimple saudagar, pune 411027". The said fast food joints dumping their daily food waste in the open passage which has turned into breeding ground for dengue mosquitoes as well as attracting stray dogs and cats which are biting the residents in the locality.

Has pcmc issued the work licence for these fast food joints without ensuring if they have adequate framework to dispose their daily waste?

We request pcmc to take apporiate action against them.

Area location, moshi pradhikarn, sec-09, spine mall,
Due to spine mall and carnival theater 4 wheeler & 2 wheeler parking issue is serious now a days, spine mall is having parking facility but due to parking charges all people doing their vehicle park on road/lanes.
So residential people get suffer.
Please take some corrective action.

I am one of the owner of a flat in 9 avenues society, wakad.
Since the day 1 vastukalp builder (Local lad) has cheated the owners here.
Out of 38 flats; builder has kept 8 flats with him, where he is running illegal pg, without society permission. He has illegally occupied society gym area and runs pg there as well. Upon requested by society to stop pg; the builder and his goons threatened society members.
He constructed an illegal flat at open gym area (Reserved for kids play) by bribing concern authorities.in total he is running pg in 10 flats.
There are lot of security incidents happened and concerns due to pg. Our families do not feel safe with pg/bachelors staying in same society illegally. The society is for residential purpose not for commercial purpose like pg. We would have never booked flat here; if we knew he is going to run pg here.
He has also not provided below promised amenities since last 5 years;
1) common area generator backup
2) gymnasium, open kids play area
3) decorative entrance gate
4) fire exit stairs work incomplete
4) building maintenance work not done properly
5) no bifurcation between commercial and society area
6) no help in society formation
There is huge list of amenities which he has not provided.
We are fed up by the harassment and hostile behavior of builder. Kindly look into it to stop pg and complete the amenities. Thanks

Please send a squad which catch stray cats. Our society have many cats which causing crying noise at night and they enter in house by windows. Also they are creating health issues due to their potties in common area. And every 4 5 months they deliver some more cats so now we are very tired because of this issue we have small kids in our society. Please look in to the same asap

Cats are coming from near by societies also.

There are minimum of 25+ stray dogs which are dangerous
These are entering the society basement and can attach any one
I am sure that these dogs are not sterilised as per the act of animal birth control act of stray dogs
Requesting the authority to please look into this issue before any kid / adult any one are attacked

Rahatni and kalewadi has lot of encroachment especially chawls from shrinagar colony rahatni, adinath colony, lanes near great punjab hotel of kalewadi. There is no marginal open space between the two buildings as per the construction rules. However seen few are unauthorized floors are build up. Lanes near great punjab hotel there are few chawls where there is no space left from behind the but, completely attached to the fencing. Brt road used as parking for auto rikshaw, truck drivers, cars. Hopelessly maintained.

If pcmc is so alert than why the actions are not taken yet? Or will pcmc really take action to do something good for the betterment of the kalewadi and rahatni??

Please send a squad which catch stray cats. Our society have more than 10 cats which causing noise at night. Also they are creating health issues due to their potties in common area.

Cats are coming from near by banglow n societies also..

Also there lots of stray dogs staying near garbage pot placed in front of society. Please send stray dogs squad too.

Please send the squad as soon as possible.

Dear sir.
As you have very good facility prilovided on daily basis for garbage collection in our area sec 06 moshi pradhikaran. Thanks for that.
Garbage collection vehicle is visiting each society every day without fail but still people are throwing garbage and waste food in this area in sec 06 jalvayuvihar road.
Because of this we are facing lot of issues like garbage cleaning and flies due to waste food and smell...
After so many reminders and clarification people are still keep on dumping garbage in this area.
Please suggest some solution on this topic.

Road condition is really bad on dange chowk road i. E. Between bharat petroleum to hinjewadi police chowki. Lots of path hole is causing traffic jam on daily basis during pick time and inconvenience to all working passenger (Specifically pregnant women) and commuter to hinjewadi phase 1 office. Request you to please do the needful to fix it permanently immediately.

Like to complaint that there is no pcmc vehicle comming to pick the scrap waste material lying out side the preschool thrown by local shops near by they through out side school. Will request to arrange a vehicle once a day to pick the stuff ie waste from out of school. Waiting for your action
