Address: Kohinoor Sapphire Phase 1, near Silver Gym, Aundh-Ravet BRTS road, Tathawade 411033

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Kohinoor Sapphire Phase 1 and have been facing issue with the road in front of our society. The drainage on the road is also overflowing since few days due to which there is water logging on the road.
Not just us but the delivery agents and cab/auto drivers also face issue while coming to society and sometimes they refuse to provide services.
I sincerely urge PCMC to look into this issue and resolve it.

      Respected team,

      Subject- 10 to 12 Stray dogs residing near hemangi Kirana store, matoshree park, opposite shree Krishna temple, Sant tukaram nagar, bhosari pune 39.

      Above mention area is majorly residential place of MIDC workers.
      People do work in various shifts. Group of 10 to 12 dogs are very scary & fearful to man traveling home.

      Harmful for kids playing in cement ground.
      All these dogs are getting feed by one of the pet lover in this area.

      Request department to take out all these stray dogs & make area safe for resident & kids.

        Megapolis

        We residents of Megapolis have requested multiple times but no actions on Stray dogs
        They chase cars, bikes, School Kids, and Senior citizens on roads and inside society parking too.
        Everyone is scared to take any action due to rights violations against Dogs
        More than 30+ dogs roam around posses a threat to school-going kids and senior citizen
        Pawar Public School is in vicininity and at threat to dog bites.

        Please help in relocating dogs to some other places

          Dear Sir,

          We are residents of ACE ALMIGHTY SOCIETY, Tathawade. We have been facing shortage of water supply since April 2023. There is a severe shortage of water in our society. We are not getting enough water supply since April 2023, due to which we have to hire private water tankers to meet our daily water demands and pay more for this.

          We hope you will take the immediate response and effective steps to solve this problem.

            I want to complaint against Dr. Swapnil jamdade and Dr. Richa Deshmukh. The senior Dr. Of this hospital.Dr. Of pcmc akrudi hospital. He misbehave with me while I was admitted at hospital. My father has also complaint against that but we don't get any reply. Plz I want reply

              I, Dr. Ankita Yadav, Writing this letter to request for picking the grass waste from my clinic area, as soon as possible.
              Since it's unhygienic for the patients coming to clinic.
              In clinic area long grasses had grown, so personally I took initiative and cleaned my area, but now the waste is lying there itself, as wet garbage vehicle is not ready to pick the waste.
              Requesting you to please look forward and take action as soon as possible.

                आमच्या घराशेजारील खासगी उघड्या मैदानात आजूबाजूच्या परिसरातील building रहिवाशी लोकांनी कचरा आणून टाकल्या मुळे मोठ्या प्रमाणत घुशी उंदीर डास मच्छर कुत्र्यांनी उच्छाद मांडलेला आहे आणि त्यामुळे आमच्या लहान मुलांना व आम्हाला आरोग्याच्या तक्रारीना सामोर जावे लागत आहे तरी आपल्याकडून लवकरात लवकर हा कचरा विल्हेवाट करण्यास आपले सहकार्य मिळाले तर आम्हाला रोजच्या त्रासातून मुक्तत्ता मिळेल त्यामुळे लवकरात लवकर ह्या समस्येवर कारवाई करण्यात यावी ही नम्र विनंती

                  The connecting roads to JM Classics Co-Op Society (Kudale Colony No 4, Opp Nav Maharashtra School) are in extremely poor conditions. One road is full of pothholes while the other is totally muddy and slippery). We residents 32 flats in society are facing huge inconvenience also chances of accidents due to poor roads are there.

                    I refer to a stretch of road that connects from kokane chowk in pimple saudagar to godambe chowk area.
                    Road construction has been going on for last few months on this road.
                    However the street lights are always off at night.
                    I request PCMC to look into this on priority.

                        In front of Royal Majestic society, the garbage dust bin are putting by PCMC.
                        People's are not put the garbage in duat bi and throw on road.

                        Please remove the garbage bin from there and remove it.. We are facing the same issue from last 2 month.

                        Even we informed to garbage collection team thay are ignored

                            There's a signal at Shivar Chowk pimple saudagar. This is where main roads meet and it's very busy most of the times.

                            Unfortunately there's no sufficient time available for pedestrians to cross this chowk. Also as soon as the signal facing Kunal Icon road turns red, vehicles from shivar to kokane chowk start off without waiting for red to turn green.

                            After 7 PM in evening it's impossible to cross this signal and one has to find a way thru running vehicles on the road. This is dangerous. Also traffic police are not much doing anything here.
                            I request PCMC to look into this.

                                We are leaving in B wing Nirvana society. Few members in our society has extended the balcony (illegal Construction) which called as an duct area.

                                So if any health issue happen or health issuance break due to this illegal constriction who will be responsible for that.

                                This member has no taken any permission of society even though society has already formed. They has their balcony extension work without any type if intimation of the B wing society.

                                    Dozens of stray dogs. bark all night. chase around cars and bikes. keep reproducing so there's no end to the menace. pcmc does nothing. no sterilization. they bark and bark and the residents keep listening to their chorus at 2am, 3am, all night in fact. they bark at each other, when a car passes by, even when nothing happens because why not right? and me? i stay awake all night listening to them cry out while the municipality does absolutely nothing. useless ### there has to be a limit to how useless a particular organization can be, right? do you feel no shame whatsoever? this is probably my 15th complaint here. and nothing has been done. over the course of 3 years i've been complaining and nothing has been done. i'm leaving this godforsaken country because i can't even get a single good night's sleep here. have some ###s.

                                      Last year around April, when I went to get my property transferred into my name, I was in a rude shock knowing about the fees hike. I purchased the property in 2021 and put my life’s savings in purchasing it. I had no money to pay the exorbitant amount requested by the official. I came back from the office without getting the work done. Today, In 2023 also, I have not been able to save any money for paying the transfer fees. My question is simple - why is it applicable to people who purchased the property before the new rule came into existence? I did not make any provision towards the transfer charges and have no way now to pay it too. I seriously need help from someone higher up in the department .
