PCMC — Water bill and meter reading

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is about water bill receipt and meter reading.

Our society water bill is not getting on time and the delivery person do not handover it to any society members, he/she just put it any where in society premises without any intimation to any member and its getting difficult to find out in order to pay bill.

Also for the health and equipment safety we have placed chamber in place to avoid any damages to meter, but person who records the meter reading denies to open it even though it is not much heavy, it can be opened by anyone easily.

We not had any such issues in past 5 years with same chamber, but person who has recently deployed making issues to open the chamber and taking reading, also we had discussion with her but she was not having good attitude towards work. Even she was not having ID card, no Mask while working.
As per her She won't come to take readings in proceeding months if we raise voice against her, request you to look in this matter and provide some concrete feedback to concern person, Also request you to advise if any suggestions for us.
