I am resident of Power House Road, Plot 56, Asha Niwas, Pimpri Pune 411017

There are several stray dogs in our area and recently one of the stray dogs has bite a kid (5 years old)

Unfortunately a resident claims that this stray dog is his pet dog but cannot control this dog. He has tried to control the dog but cannot control this dog and there are several instances observed after biting the kid that this dog barks at every vehicle and kids and pedestrian passing by.

There is a high risk of casualties that might occur hence request to please look into this matter at the earliest.

Hi,

we have too many dogs in our Area. Now a days dogs are getting Aggressive and trying to bite people staying near by. I too have experienced it. Overnight also they keep on barking and unable to sleep. Please need urgent help from getting rid of these stray dogs.

माझे शेजारी भाऊ वाळुंज आणि त्यांचे जमीन भागीदार श्री जाधव या दोघांचीही ड्रॅनेजवाहिनी एकच आहे. आता त्यांची ड्रॅनेजवाहिनी ब्लॉक झाली आहे, आणि शौचालयाचे पाणी आमच्या भागात ओसंडून वाहत आहे. आमच्या लहान मुलांचा आरोग्याचा प्रश्न आहे.
मी त्यांना लाईन साफ करण्यास सांगितले पण ते मला प्रतिसाद देत नाहीत.
कृपया या प्रकरणात लक्ष द्या आणि मला मदत करा.

There is no OC and CC has been approved for the project “Padmanabh” situated at Gat no. 176, 177, 178 Mouje Dudulgaon, PCMC, Pune, 411044, however now builder is giving possession letter without OC and CC to flat holder and asking start residing at project. I request the PCMC Team to look into it and save the life & financial health of all flat holders to have proper OC and CC before possession offering or giving to avoid civil and legal challenges by any flat holder.

I am sending email frequently to PCMC team but there is no action has been taken out till date to below email ID's

I received the wrong water bill of Rs. 4863.
The consumer no: 109676 (Bhore Alka Nandkumar).
I already e-mailed the complaint but there was no change in the New Bill. Please Regenerate the bill by subtracting the additional amount which got mistakenly added by pcmc.
The last paid receipt is attached with this.

We have been facing issue with bad roads since 2 years.
Inspite of many complaints we have not received good tar road.
Its very difficult to even walk on the roads due to stones present on the road and even difficult for older people to walk.
Due to bad roads there is dirt everywhere

तक्रार : PCMC ने अनधिकृत बांधकामावर वारंवार तक्रार करून देखील कारवाई न करणे
अनधिकृत बांधकामाचा पत्ता : श्री. भागवत, सर्वे 86/1/1, निसर्ग कॉलनी, काशीद पार्क, पिंपळे गुरव, पुणे 411061

तक्रारी विषयी माहिती,

वरील पत्त्यावर ऑक्टोबर 2020 पासून आधीच अनधिकृत आणि शस्ति कर असलेल्या 2 गुंठ्याच्या बैठ्या घरावर आणखी 2 मजले चढवण्यास सुरवात केली आहे, कोणत्याही प्रकारचे RCC ऑडिट न करता अतिशय निकृष्ट दर्जाचे साहित्य वापरून हे बांधकाम रात्रंदिवस जलद गती ने सुरू आहे.

ज्या दिवसापासून हे बांधकाम सुरू आहे तेव्हापासून मी सतत महानगरपालिकेच्या सारथी हेल्पलाईन ला फोन करून कारवाई करण्याची मागणी केली आहे, पण तरीही हे बांधकाम काहीही कारवाई न होता तसेच सुरू आहे. त्यानंतर मी महानगर पालिकेच्या डेप्युटी इंजिनिअर, बांधकाम परवानगी विभाग, आयुक्त, महापौर यांना बरेच ईमेल केले तरीही माझ्या एकही ईमेल ला साधा रिप्लाय आलेला नाही ( सर्व ATTACH करत आहे)
त्यानंतर अधिक पाठपुरावा घेण्यासाठी मी महानगरपालिकेत गेल्यावर सदर सर्वे नंबर चे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी श्री. डुंबरे यांचा नंबर मिळाला त्यांना पहिला कॉल केल्यावर त्यांनी कोर्टाचा 31 जानेवारी पर्यंत कारवाई करण्यासाठी स्टे ऑर्डर असल्याचे सांगितले, माझ्या म्हणण्यानुसार बांधकाम पाडणे पेक्षा हे बांधकाम होऊ न देणे हे जास्त महत्वाचे आहे पण मला टोलवा टोलवीचीउत्तरे देण्यात आली, त्यानंतर आठवण रहावी म्हणून दिनांक 30 जानेवारी ला पुन्हा मी श्री. डुंबरे यांना कॉल केला तेव्हा स्टे ऑर्डर 10 जानेवारी झाली हे समजले ( सर्व रेकॉर्डिंग पाठवत आहे) पुन्हा या बांधकामावर काहीही कारवाई झाली नाही. तोपर्यंत दुसऱ्या मजल्या चा स्लॅब होऊन तिसऱ्या मजल्याचे RCC सुरू होते.
त्यांना मी बांधकाम थांबवण्यासाठी बरेच ईमेल केले, पण सोयीस्करपणे सर्व इग्नोर करण्यात येत आहे.

PCMC बांधकाम विभागात मोठा भ्रष्टाचार होत आहे अशी शंका मनात येत आहे.

पुरावे बरेच आहेत पण 32 mbचे लिमिट असल्यामुळे अपलोड होत नाही. कृपया दुसरा मार्ग सुचवावा

Our society water bill is not getting on time and the delivery person do not handover it to any society members, he/she just put it any where in society premises without any intimation to any member and its getting difficult to find out in order to pay bill.

Also for the health and equipment safety we have placed chamber in...

The construction of road in our are is still going on from last few months.

Despite to complete one road properly from last few days the have been blocked all the roads from surroundings due to which we are not able to travel.

Also the planning of the work is not appropriate which does’t make any sense.

Requesting you to look into this ASAP
And get it done on priority otherwise it will be a big trouble for everyone.

Hi,
This complaint is with regards to bad roads in Dapodi area near Shivaji putla & the road parallel to it which goes to Buddha vihar. Also road connecting to Mantri Housing Complex is also very bad.

Have already raised complaint 4-5 times on your Saarthi helpline & they assured to repair it on priority basis but the same is still not done.

Before any accident or other thing happens I request PCMC to look into this & repair at the earliest.

I am resident in Sector 1, indrayani nagar, bhosari...we are facing water issue since long...other sectors receiving daily water supply whereas we at sector 1 getting alternate day with low pressure...request to supply daily water ...less time also work...

There is a open land about 1000 sq ft in Azad Colony No1, Kalewadi, Pimpri. Unknown people always park four wheelers there illegally even after told not to park, problem is people park car such way that occupy half of main road also and it creates issue to pass vehicles, owner is not securing his land, it seems owner allowed this illegal parking, please take action. Because these people doesn't understand polite words. Owner should be warned.
