I recently purchased DELL INSPIRON[protected] P74G P74G001 42WH 3-CELL Battery. Battery didn't work with my Dell Inspiron 7460. It didn't turn on even after connecting to power. Laptop was working fine before battery replacement. Had to take it to Dell service center where I was informed that power module got damaged & had to be repaired.
I raised the concern with PC Tech support & demanded a refund since the product was faulty & damaged my working laptop. Support was not in a mood to listen to my concern. They were adamant that the product is genuine so they can't refund my money which I paid for their product & it damaged my working laptop. They wanted me to talk to Dell support for a product I bought from their website. They closed my return request without giving any response on the refund. It’s a scam. If the customer receives a faulty product, it should be their responsibility to refund. Was this information helpful? |
