I ordered a Laptop LCD screen (Given spec: 15.6 inch, Full-HD) from https://pctech.co.in on 11.09.22. The item costed me Rs. 6, 999/-, whereas it is readily available in local shops at 4.5K.

Anyway, after receiving the the item I unboxed it and attached to my laptop. Unfortunately, I could only see a portion of the display that was lighting up and rest of the screen was black. Not only that, the display was only HD and NOT...

I recently purchased DELL INSPIRON[protected] P74G P74G001 42WH 3-CELL Battery. Battery didn't work with my Dell Inspiron 7460. It didn't turn on even after connecting to power. Laptop was working fine before battery replacement. Had to take it to Dell service center where I was informed that power module got damaged & had to be repaired.
I raised the concern with PC Tech support & demanded a refund since the product was faulty...

I have ordered laptop screen on 29/04/2022 ( order I'd- 28669 ) which is total amount of Rs 3999 in which i paid advance amount of Rs 1000 via gpay and balance 2999 on cash on delivery and i received courier on 7/05/2022 which is empty box...

I ordered this 'AU OPTRONICS B156HTN03.8 15.6-INCH FHD LCD LED LAPTOP SCREEN (1920X1080, 30 PIN)' which is 7500 but they have sent a different screen(part no. And brand).
I complained the same to them, they told that the ordered product is discontinued, so, I asked them to refund the money but they denied it. If they had communicated the unavailability of the product, I would not have ordered. The product they have sent is cheap, available...

After calling and confirming that it would be dispatched immediately, I ordered a laptop screen. Took 10 days to dispatch.

After it arrived, I had it installed and in a month it turned out to be defective, Right half of the screen stopped working. The screen was under 1 year warranty.

On the whole website there is mention of only 1 method to file a return request. A RMA Request. I filed that and waited.

I have ordered a laptop screen on pctech.co.in on 2nd december, 2018. They asked me to pay extra 100rs to deliver product in 2-4 days which sums order amount to 7, 599 rs but, after repeated calls they delivered me on 20th december 2018 which is 18 days later.

Finally we got the screen, after installing the screen leds on the screen are very bright and malfunctioning on 22nd dec i called them and informed about the issue, they asked to send an image. So i sent them on their whatsapp number.

Today (24th december 2018) i again called pctech. They now informs me that screen is not compatible with my laptop and so i should have to buy an extra cable for 1500 rs. As this item is not compatible with my current laptop as specified in their website, i requested for a refund.

There is not information about additional cable that i need buy on their website. Website also clearly informs that this screen is compatible to dell xps l502x. Event though it is their own mistake of not giving any proper information on website now they refusing to refund my money.

They are trying to cheat the customer all the ways possible. Delayed delivery, sending false products and forcing to buy other products.
