Pctech.co.in — Ordered a laptop screen but received empty box

I have ordered laptop screen on 29/04/2022 ( order I'd- 28669 ) which is total amount of Rs 3999 in which i paid advance amount of Rs 1000 via gpay and balance 2999 on cash on delivery and i received courier on 7/05/2022 which is empty box

It seems that you don't want to follow website policy and you are looking for refund out of turn. I have got right display for Asus Rog laptop and I shot unboxing video after delivery as per the website policy. Product was intact and new after seeing in unboxing..
You should not blame without proper reason.
