[Resolved] Pctech.co.in — Sent a different product and refusing to refund

I ordered this 'AU OPTRONICS B156HTN03.8 15.6-INCH FHD LCD LED LAPTOP SCREEN (1920X1080, 30 PIN)' which is 7500 but they have sent a different screen(part no. And brand).
I complained the same to them, they told that the ordered product is discontinued, so, I asked them to refund the money but they denied it. If they had communicated the unavailability of the product, I would not have ordered. The product they have sent is cheap, available at much cheaper price in the local market and has some scratches. They literally cheated. They offered a replacement but I am not sure how it will turn out.

Updated by Krishna_ki [..cont] Since they are refusing to refund I opted for replacement but I don't want to trust them because of this and I want my refund.

I talked with their support team, they responded well and taking steps to resolve the issue
