I have ordered a product in peachmode.com, once the product got delivered i was quite disappointed with it. As the product is so cheap and they made me pay 945 rupees for a 100 rupees dress. So, i didn't like it and made a return request after 1-2 days. It has been more than a week that both delhivery or peachmode customer service guys are not even responding to my calls or mails. I want to complaint against both of them.

      I have asked for return and refund Person picked up the product on Monday today is Friday there is not even msg r mail... The Dress which I order for xl I received not even M and there is tag which is been cut v can make out on Dress color also not as same as on picture n it totally wrinkled I have purchased product from many e-commerce this is totally worst and return is so difficult I can't understand for wat photo id proof non I'll ask abt that n if any misuse hapd I definitly file a complain Customer Care r hopeless no proper response the product totally damaged I doesn't want anything to buy please it is request refund my amount ur website fraud

        I received the product yesterday. since after 30 min of receipt i have been trying to call at the call centre number but it is busy for ever. the product is not stitched properly. it is very different then what shown in the pic on the site.
        very hopeless service. no clear guideline on how to contact to return. to me it seems that Peachmode purposely do so to let 7 day timeline get pass.

            I ordered 2 suits from peachmode and made a full payment online more than a month ago. I have not still received my products so i thought of cancelling my order. Its been 2 weeks now i have placed a cancellation request. They have not refunded my money back. The company is a scam!!! My order #[protected]. The contact number on the website never gets connected. The customer service on facebook is replying to my queries but the status of the order never changes. They only thing important is getting my money back.

              I have ordered a lehanga suit from the fashion site, Peachmode. I thought you this site will deliver a quality product to me, because its a Bombay based company where fashion is the culture. But when I received the parcel I was completely shocked, quality of product was worst. it was costly in Rs 100 also. I did not expected this from a site like Peachmode . This was my mistake that I did not go through the review of the website before purchasing a product.

              I was totally disappointed with the services and product. an will suggest to all not to buy any product from this fake website.

              I again ordered a pink suit that is looking very beautiful in catalog but I was sure it would be the worst. So I was not interested to buy it.

              because now goodwill and Service Rapport is very down to me for this company.
              but customer agent was calling me and requesting me to confirm the order. she assured me that this time product will be very good. i have his voice recording also as a evidence.
              I have already sent a mail for returning my amount into my bank account but they replied its against their company policy.

              this website is misleading the customer by showing them fake images of the product.

              Again they force me to buy a new product by giving assurance that this time quality will be good. but the suit they have showed in catalog is totally different to the actual product. its costly in Rs 200.

              Now they are not giving my amount return. what should I do.

                As many people have already complained about the quality o[censored]r product.
                I have the same problem... The quality is worst then a weekly market product.
                I request u to please return the product or refund my money as soon as possible.

                  I am very much disappointed by the shipping process o[censored]r co. I have ordered my product on June 3, 2016 and today it is 14th of July I didn't received my product yet. The excitement of purchasing a new dress is all vanised.this is my first n last order from ur co. And I can't even track my order when ever I enter my order no.                     I don't like the product i received and the product is totally different from the pic posted in the website.The color and quality are entirely different.This is totally disappointing.

                      I have purchased one product from Peachmode order number[protected].
                      After getting the product I checked that the color of the product is not proper and I want to make it return.
                      Peachmode authority is not ready to make the return showing an excuse that it was an offered product but it was not at all mentioned anywhere.I asked them to send an email to highlight the portion where this norm has been clearly mentioned.
                      They are actually sending me an auto generated mail many times and not giving a proper reply.

                      Please help me in this issue.

                      I bought a saree from this site, which had a huge color difference. Again the next thing I ordered was a dress material which was again different and was pathetic color combination imagine dull grey and bright yellow.

                        I have ordered an Baby Pink anarkali (Order No[protected] from peachmode( Rs 1045/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called you for exchange you are not responding to call. all the times phone is either ringing or out of service. even i have mailed so many times but no response your side .                               I ordered a dress from peachmode worth 1600 plus extra shipping. the photo shown in image and the dress that came home were completely different. When i returned the product and asked for a cash return, they gave me money in their store account. The shipping money was wasted from my end. When i asked for money back they say order something else, so that i waste shipping money every time. They are real time fraud. Even customer care is very unsupportive they put me on hold and just completely ignore

                                  I ordered a suit last to last week. The photograph that was on the website and the material that i got was too different. I got something really cheap kind of fabric. I lost more than thousand rupees. I was about to give up online shopping for clothes but then i ordered a saree from amazon.in and that was as fabulous as the image
                                  Shown by them on website. So i guess that there are only few websites like peachmode that cheats people.
                                  The product quality is too bad, when I am returning, it is said that I can not return it as it is a sale item.
                                  I checked policy section but nowhere it is mentioned what is sale item and on product page also it is not written that product is non-returnable. it is total injustice at customer end. I recommend not to buy from it

                                        As I had ordered two selwar suits of rs 995 each(1990 total).but due to poor quality I didn't like the product and rejected the projduct. Now they are not ready to refund the money to my bank account and they are telling that they have credited to my online shopping account where I can shop more from their online, which I don't want to do. I have requested them to credit my bank account but they are not ready
