[Resolved] Peachmode — peachmode refund and store credit issued

As per this they mentioned in I got refund and store credit.. But I do not see any in my acconut...

I have order the product and return as the product was not same. I have requested the refund and its been long i am following up with the customer care team when i call them they always say they have refunded the amount but the account no was incorrect and the UTR no.[protected] and they said with mine bank if the account no is incorrect how i can raise the dispute request no clue on this as the dispute is to be raised who has made the...

I want to return my order
I contacted to the customer service
But they did not give any response...

The company is not taking my return even after they accepted and their policy adhere to this. Even they are not replying to my mails....

Not get refund till now...

I ordered a saree but I delivered a dress material.. I am contacting with them, but they only send Mee a email, not arranged any return of the product and refund my money...

Peachmode is not returning the parcel I ordered.
I have written and talk to them several times from last 10 days, but no response is coming from their side....

I purchased one saree in ur website...the amount is 749/- amount is debited but no confirmation msg to me...pls let me check...

Please we are looted by this shopping portal they are selling product on higher price than MRP

I have returned one order on feb 15, 2022 with track id[protected], but still refund not credited....

2. 1 DEFECTIVE DRESS MATERIAL - TORNED THREADS (PICTURE ATTACHED)

No solution yet from peach mode, instead they want to compensate only 300 Rs although I paid 226 riyal...

Online payment done through peachmode website.
But i didn't received my order.
Take action against peachmode.
I want refund rs 1699. Or product.
I have all proofs regarding order.
Unable to contact peachmode.
Mail also not replying...

I return the product due to its worst quality to Tulsyan retail private which cost 1949 return excluding courier charges, but they only refund me 699 return.I hope you go through the matter and resolve my problem.

I purchased few dresses online and paid online Rs 8500 . On sep 26th 2021
.I didn't receive the dresses yet. Contacted over phone and emailed them many times no use...

We have delivered with 2 saree which we have ordered; after unpacking the deliver we have found that one of them is in bad quality; so we have raised return request 2 times(4th Sep & 20th Sep). Yet no response from return services

hence we look forward for repair of bad quality item or refund for the item...
