Fabric quality is too cheap . I return my order 15 days ago but they did, t refund me till now .they make lame excuses that in transit ...in transit . Jbki product deliever ho bhi gya destination point pe .but abhi tk mera koi refund nhi aaya. I wand my refund otherwise i will take a legal action as i had all the proves their mails nd messages

    My store credit of Rs. 2740 is with peachmode which had lifetime validity (attached screenshot). Now when I could not access my account, asked about the money, I was told it's expired as the company policies got updated and also all the users account have been deleted. Please help me giving my money back.

            Its been 20 days since I cancelled the order and the refund is not yet received. Im hearing same standard reply from the customer service "Kindly wait for 2 days". How many 2 days I have to wait?? This is very bad response from Peachmode.

              I placed an order online on 16th oct with peachmode.com then after seeing their negative reviews I called their customer support and cancelled my order on the same day. Now when I call their customer support for refunding my money every time they say you will get in 2 to 3 days but still i dont see any hope for my money.

              Kindly look into this matter and strict action should be taken against this fraud ecommerce platform.

                    I have order the product and return as the product was not same. I have requested the refund and its been long i am following up with the customer care team when i call them they always say they have refunded the amount but the account no was incorrect and the UTR no.[protected] and they said with mine bank if the account no is incorrect how i can raise the dispute request no clue on this as the dispute is to be raised who has made the payment. Kindly look into this and request to refund the amount of rs.1749/-.
