I have ordered an anarkali(cream beige floral) from your site, it is torn and was damaged .I have ordered an ready-made but i got an dress material. I want to return it and get my money back.order no:[protected], email:[protected]@gmail.com, price:995.contact no:[protected].

First of all nobody bothers to pick up the call at #[protected] any point of time. Please find the attachment of your pics of Anarkali you sent to me. Item is Gorgeous Red - White Anarkali. And I received a Red- Cream colour dress. ARE YOU SERIOUS ??!!! Also the quality of the product is made of very cheap materials. On the top, the stitches are pathetic. Its very cleaver of you to display all celebrity costumes online to lure us. Overall, you guys are 100% FAKE !!! I've shipped back the package through FedEx. there is wrong update of my phone number in that FedEx packing slip. The packing slip which has been email to me was with tracking #[protected]. On 8th November 2014, I dropped that package in FedEx store.Today, when I went there to enquire about the status then they informed that there is another RMA has been created is #[protected] and its already been shipped to you on 10/11/2014. Please stop make me full around.Again, you guys proved that how big scam you guys are. I have all the evidence against you to bring you down to Consumer Court. Above all, before I shipped the package, I took 9 pics of the cloth.

I had ordered two Dressed from this online store (http://peachmode.com/). I received my items on 7th of Oct. I wanted to return back one of the product (Rs.1, 145)so as suggested by their online site Return policy, i dropped an email n 12th Oct. After that i have tried calling them & have dropped emails multiple time. But have not heard anything back from them yet. Its been almost a month now.

I have a similar complaint against peachmode..This is my worst experience ever with an online purchase..The customer service is pathetic both telephonic support as well as mail support..There is no acknowledgement for any mail sent and the phones are constantly busy..There are various sites operating in India which offers excellent support both telephonically and organised mail support..The reutrn policy is so user unfriendly..This is just another lesson learnt for me of not to deal with such unknown sites..

will never buy from peach mode and suggest all my friends same

I have a similar complaint against peachmode..i want to return the product order #[protected]. i sent out an email.no reply still..please help me to return this

I oreded dress worth Rs.1695 order#[protected] and the quality was extremely bad I returned within a week but they are not ready to give my money back . It's almost a month now . Pathetic website and customer service.
Never buy a dress from Peachmode . They provide low quality dress which is not worth Rs.300 and sell it for Rs .2000.

If they not gonna return back my money I am going to file a legal complaint.

I recently ordered a dress which was damaged but they are not ready to give my money back.They didn't go through the email sent by me and reply hastily without looking at the real matter. I learnt my lesson...Never play with amateurs in the market. That's why we trust other websites like mantra, flipkart etc who without any haste give your money back. NEVER EVER BUY FROM PEACHMODE. Mine is the first and last purchase. Very poor customer care policy.

I have ordered Blue - grey georgette fabric kurti having abstract design digital prints, (Order No[protected] from peachmode( Rs 1299/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer (COD)so they can purchase another piece.
