VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED WITH THE PACKAGE I RECIEVED ORDER NO.#[protected],
1. ONE ITEM MISSING OUT OF 7 DRESS MATERIAL ordered. Irecieved only 6 in the package,
1MISSING DRESS MATERIAL IS Cream Casual Wear Printed Khadi Silk Dress MateriaL
2. 1 DEFECTIVE DRESS MATERIAL - TORNED THREADS (PICTURE ATTACHED)

No solution yet from peach mode, instead they want to compensate only 300 Rs although I paid 226 riyal for expensive suit
If payment taken in riyals how can they ask to take in INR that too only 300… then no compensation or refund for missing product?

    Order value rs 1699
    Online payment done through peachmode website.
    But i didn't received my order.
    Take action against peachmode.
    I want refund rs 1699. Or product.
    I have all proofs regarding order.
    Unable to contact peachmode.
    Mail also not replying

      I return the product due to its worst quality to Tulsyan retail private which cost 1949 return excluding courier charges, but they only refund me 699 return.I hope you go through the matter and resolve my problem.

          We have delivered with 2 saree which we have ordered; after unpacking the deliver we have found that one of them is in bad quality; so we have raised return request 2 times(4th Sep & 20th Sep). Yet no response from return services

          hence we look forward for repair of bad quality item or refund for the item

                  I'd ordered some stuff which cost Rs.2846 and never received it. I was told to expect my order in 4-5 days and it's been more than half a month now.
                  Contracted the support staff tons of times and the guy who's name is Vishal Sagar always replies with the same message that "we're working on your order kindly allow us sometime".
                  This looks like a scam to me, this website is totally duping people.

                    The delivery man was just a ###.. He delivered at house three time but every single time he just acted like a ###...Is this a joke?? For you guys.. Or do you guys don't know anything about CUSTOMER care.. He just threw the package on the ground instead of giving it properly... And talk rudely.. Is this your CUSTOMER care?? Is this how you guys deliver order??!!! Teach this guy some manners.. And don't you ever send this man again you my house else i am gonna return the order.. This is the agent number. [protected]..I want strict actions on this man.. The deliVERY SERVICEs are really bad.. Are all your delivery people like this??.. Consider this complain.. And take immediate actions.. And once again Do not ever send this man to my house.. I hope its clear..

                      Actually the complaint is not with the product because I haven't received it yet.I ordered the product few days back after which I got a call yesterday from the delivery boy about receiving the courier.My office is on the 2nd floor, so I had to go myself always to get the courier.On my last conversation with the boy, he asked me to wait for 10 mins.I agreed and then went down to collect the courier.I thought he was just about to reach.But what he did was so bad.He didn't come.I called him once, twice, thrice and many more.First he disconnected and then dint pick up.Now I am going to cancel my order and will make sure this app is out of my phone.At first I was very impressed with the products and pricing but now I just hate it.Very disappointed!
