[Resolved] Peachmode — order no#[protected] need my money back | |||||
Peachmode is the fraud site. I purchased one saree and it was defective and material was poor. Customer servoce is worst they have given store credit instead of refund. I purchased second time one lahnga for that i have to give 500 more. I found lahnga choli and material was totally diffrent as shown in a pic. When i ask them to return the product and refund my money back. They denied it and said "keep the product with you". And customer service person said they have so called policy like they can not return/exchange second time order and it was placed wity store credit. I didn't see this policy on website. First time o got defective product and second time i got cheap and mismatch product then how come it is second time. I never expect this thing from any shopping website. As an exception case we are taking your return request, Hence request you to send the product back to us by yourself we wont reimburse the courier charges. Since you will be sending the return package yourself, we request you to provide us with the following details when the package is shipped : Courier Name : Courier Tracking No : Shipped Date : Product's shipped : Along with the image of the courier receipt that you received.
