Pearl Honda Gurgaon — Misguidance, cheating and breach of promise

I am working as Vice President in MNC bank and have been an admirer and loyal customer of Honda. After driving Honda City for more than 5 years, I purchased Honda Mobilio expecting a good experience as I had with my previous car. However, since last month, I am having a difficult time and had a very disappointing experience with Pearl Honda, Gurgaon. I gave my car for servicing and repairing on 21-Nov-2015. I met Mr. Decca at Pearl Honda and he assured me that everything will be done satisfactorily. I have no clue on the status of my car as on today at 18-Dec-2015. I am a working mother and my husband is travelling out of town hence it was not possible for me to visit Pearl Honda again and again. I had a number of calls with Pearl Honda Service person and National Insurance surveyor as I was coordinating for queries and clarifications. After having many calls, I was told that insurance claim has been approved and I would get my car on 11-Dec-2015. On 14-Dec-2015, after waiting for any response from Pearl Honda, I called them, they told me that insurance for rear view mirror was not approved and I should speak to surveyor, when I called up surveyor he told me that he was not informed of all the parts which were to be repaired. On again calling back Mr. Asif of Pearl Honda, I was told that everything was communicated and surveyor must have forgotten about it. Again I called up surveyor and then he told me that my claim cannot be approved as the damages seem to be done from two different accidents and he can approve only a part of it. Though it was from one single accident which I had told when I had given my car for servicing. But as I was in need of my car, I had to agree as I did not have a choice and I told Pearl Honda to prepare the final bill and give my car back. I wanted my car as I am having lot of trouble in commuting to my office in this weather. But even now I have no response from Pearl Honda. I have been pursuing this case with Mr. Asif for many days. He has not bothered to return the calls; I even sent him the message to update me on status of my car but still no response As an old customer of Honda, I never expected such an unprofessional attitude from a company like Honda I expect a positive resolution and quick action on this, and hope to retain my earlier perception about Honda SARIKA AGARWAL [protected]

Please suggest how can I have my car back as no one is taking ownership of this and I am getting no support from Pearl Honda. I am facing lot of difficulties in travelling and in need of my car.
