Pearl Honda Gurgaon — Unethical behaviour | |||
My honda brio car was given for a small repair damage with an insurance claim promised to be delivered in 7 days on 26 oct. today on 16 november, 20 days after the car was given, the company still has no idea on when the car will be returned. The personal at the service centre nto only have no ownership of the car service, but are also extremely arrogant and unresponsive. Such a service from a company like Honda is highly disappointing.
