My honda brio car was given for a small repair damage with an insurance claim promised to be delivered in 7 days on 26 oct. today on 16 november, 20 days after the car was given, the company still has no idea on when the car will be returned. The personal at the service centre nto only have no ownership of the car service, but are also extremely arrogant and unresponsive. Such a service from a company like Honda is highly disappointing....

I have purchased new silver mobilio from Pearl Honda 3 months back. Till date I have not got RC for the same. First it was 3-4 days verbally then when I complained in Honda, their GM Sales Karan Kapoor sent a mail to me promising RC on or before November 13. Again, I have received a mail yesterday that it will take some more days and those some more days are not specified. Where is professionalism ?...

This dealership sucks!! The Asstt. Manager Sanjeev had the wrong attitude right from the start... we were there to enquire regarding a car deal for ourself and 2 of our friends. He didn't seem to be keen on making a sale. What took the cake was his dialouge...'HONDA does not care about customer feedback... and does what they want'. this was in reply to be being incredulously surprised at there being no mud flaps in the entry...
