[Resolved] Pedl — unable to end trip for cycle number 102562

I am unable to end trip for cycle number 102562. It's been going on like that for more than an hour. It is midnight. I got to go to bed. I have given the request to end trip for like 25 times but nothing is happening. This trip is supposed to be a12 minutes trip but it is going on and on. I am gonna go to bed. If it requires i'll deal legally tomorrow. It really questions the purpose of convenience for which we use pedl. Just end this trip. Otherwise i am not using this service ever. I took the services of zoom car app on 14 the Oct . I rided cycle for less than 3 mins and it charged 3 RS and I ended the trip and locked the cycle. But in app it is showing trip not ended and has charged unnecessary balance of 2502 rs. please look into this matter as soon as possible

Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side), Step 2: Select “My Trips”, Step 3: Select “PEDL”, Step 4: Select the trip where issue needs to be reported, Step 5: Follow on-screen instructions.
