Pedl — was not able to end my trip

Hi team,

I booked a cycle 102163 stationed at our society & used it for around 10 minutes, but unable to end trip stating that request time out. Please try again. I am being charged. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

I have used PEDL cycle, but am unable to lock the cycle and end my trip meter. Later it was found that cycle had some damages due to which I was unable to stop it.
