Rs.2177.00 is debited from Kotak Bank a/c XXXX8604 to paytm[protected]@paytm on 08-02-22.

Transaction Ref No. UPI[protected]

Membership not activated nor my money refunded.

Since than I am being followed up for my money refunded. But, they just asking for statements with till date transactions. Which I have provided numerous times.

They just said that the transaction was failed which is showing successful in my account statement and it didn't got refunded. The Shaadi.com Help team just wasting my time and effort to get my money back.
