[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Deactivation of my account without reason | |||
I created my account just 10 days back and suddenly they put my profile temporarily on hold for validation asking for an Id proof. For which i uploaded my pan card. It still did not reactivate and then i tried contacting their help desk which they dont have. No one answers the contact numbers mentioned which i tried calling endlessly. Then i receive a mail asking for my passport, DL, education certificate, marital status proof etc...WHO are they to ask for all these sensitive documents. But i stil sent them..NOt once, but thrice. Inspite of sending all the documents, my profile was deactivated without any reason. This is so annoying. They are total fraud. How can they deactivate my account inspite of furnishing all the details ??? Then i came to know that a boy named swaroop mandavkar had reported my profile because i had rejected him . Since he is a paid member, no action was taken against him and my profile was deleted. I also had complained against him with all the screenshots but never heard a reply. Shaadi.com is a total fraud and unprofessional. I would only want my profile active back again and action to be taken against such men!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
