I took the 3 months membership thinking shaadi.com is a genuine website and will help me finding the match, but, when i started using it, every person i used to contact was not genuine on this application. I paid my hard earned money to find my life partner. When i complained about this on shaadi.com customer care number, they said they will refund my amount, but got the email 2 days later, that request is denied. I tried contacting them again today, even after 3-4 calls, they didn't connected my call and i was on waiting for long time. I paid 6190/- Rs. thinking shaadi.com is true to their advertisements. This app is just a scam to get the money from people and they will show only fake accounts, so, you can just keep trying and keep purchasing their membership. I strongly recommend to not fall in this trap. As soon as I filed complaint for refund, i started getting profile views on my shaadi.com profile, they started promoting my profile or maybe manually putting views just to make me think that i can find my match here, by using these cheap tactics. I just request shaadi.com to refund my amount.
