People-Group / People Interactive India — shaadi.com refusing to refund

I activated annual membership by mistake, and asked customer service to immediately deactivate the service as it's not required, and kindly refund the money back.

The person representatiing shaadi.com assured me he pushed the request forward and my account will be deactivated with 48hrs and i will get refund with 7days.

After 48hrs, i contact them again asking about the status, and they accuse me o[censored]sing there services. And they will not be able to refund the amount because of their company policy.

First of all i didn't wanted to use it, but i asked to wait for 48hrs. What i am supposed to do here.
Also, even if they want me to charge. Charge me for a month, and refund rest of the money.

This isn't customer service. I didn't expect this
