I bought 1 T-shirt of PEPE company in the month of Sep 2012 from Pepe store at Life style mall (22 Goudam) jaipur. Mr rakesh

I have purchased one jeans of your company on dt.1st Jan'12 pape jeans but after using 6 month it has lost its fitting and fabric is very poor. in 6 month i have used only max to max 25th time and not not in condetion in ware once again..i think i wrongly take pape jeans instate of LIVIS,SPYKER and other brand... i request to you if any solution on this kindly give the solution....

    I bought 3 t-shirts on 17/07/2012 during the offer 3 for the price of 2 from Pepe Jeans London, Mani Square, EM Bypass Kolkata. Since I was in a little hurry I bought them really quick. The same day on returning home I realized that 1 of the 3 was deformed (was a manufacturing defect). On taking it back to the outlet they refused to exchange it saying it was against policy to exchange during the sale period. But on request they took my contact details and said they would forward my request to the head office. After a week or so, on not receiving a call, I called back. The person in-charge Vikash, asked me to mail him the pictures of the defective t-shirt, so I did. A week later they call me up and say the received a message from the HO that it would not be exchanged because it was a sale product.
    So my question is, has a multinational company of that stature come to such grade that they refuse to exchange their products in-spite of having a manufacturing defect? Am I, being a consumer supposed to be treated this way?
    I am sending an email with the details to the head office and expect it to be redressed or am suing them in consumer court.

    pepe london — bad quality of t-shirts

    i purchased 3 pcs. of t-shirts from PEPE LONDONS( AHMEDABAD-ISCON MALL'S OUTLET )at 1000=00rs per pc.But i wear it only one time these t-shirts are going deshape and looking very old. i not get real value of my money.

        Dear concerned;
        i purchased a pair of pepe jeans from pepe jeans store, virani sales,mg road ,Panjim outlet on 20th of Nov. 2011.
        the store sales man took the pant for leg alteration. after alteration i found that the stitching is poor it is cruckade stitching with very low quality of thread.
        on showing this to the sales man he mis behaved with me and gave the pant in my hand and said ---our company policy is that we can not do any thing about it . at the most you may leav this pant i will get it done properly.
        my complaint is that why such a brand who is charging about rs. 2000 per pair can have such kind of work man for alteration. why not good ,same kind of thread not used to do the alteration.
        if you can not do so i would have not asked you to do the same.
        i had very clearly asked the sales man if the finish will be like it is now ,and he said yes.
        it is almost 14 days now ,i have tryied my best to complaint through all sources but i do not even find proper source to log my complaint. sales man did not even told me much he gave me a web site www. pepejeans india.com i can not find any clear direction to voice my concern. pls. help me i want my paIR OF JEANS DONE AS ORIGINAL OR REPLACE THE DAMMAGED ONE.           I am highly disappointed with this brand. the product is pathetic and customer service is even more pathetic. I had bought sunglasses from Lifestyle malad for Rs. 2500 approx. i had bought them in aug 2010 and by June 2011 the frame broke. After 1and a half month, they called me and told me that the warranty is only on manufacturing defect so now they are telling me to pay Rs. 1700. This is just ridiculous as i m paying more than 75% of money in repair. I had similar issue with IDEE brand but they got it repaired for me without any extra cost. I think they are more customer centric than these guys. My suggestion pls dont buy anything from them.

            I am Vikrant Kumar Prasad, i had purchased 1 jeans from Pepe Jeans Showroom at Gulmohar Mall Ahmedabad. The quality of cloth was so bad that its buckle gets detached making hole there in the jeans.

            I went back to the showroom with jeans and they told me that it was a defective piece and that they will get it replaced within 1 weeks time which was further extended to 14 days time. After that when i went back for replacement they handed me the same pice saying that it can not be replaced since they didnt got approval from HO.

              i bought a pepe jeans of black colour.and it was faded after 2nd wash the white colour of base comes out. i complaint to the shop keeper of mohali 7 phase.he ask me to come after few days.but today the shop keeper called me and told that area manager mrsudhir is refusing to change the jeans.please advice me that did i make mistake to bought pepe product.
              pls do look into the matter.other wise advice me to go legal.

                Hello,

                Last week i took 4 shirts in pepe jeans show room(2+2 offer). As there is no exchange on this sale, I have tried all the four shirts and took those to home. After 2 days, when i tried one shirt the storekeeper misplaced it with the below size.
                When i went back and asked back on the same they didnt respond and the worst part is that Store Manager is talking in a rude manner.
                HIGH CLASS CHEATING BY AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND.
                Please be very careful while purchasing anything at PEPE.

                      we bought 4 t-shirts, the seller made bill while we were still shopping. we said please we want another shirt instead of wat we selected. he said wat u paid for a minute ago cannot be exchanged as it is now sold. exchange is not allowed if we leave the shop and go home and back. while we r at the shop and we have not taken the delivery. they should exchange. also then they misbehave wid customers trying to show that we are someone down society.

                          This is Mrs. Anagha A Kelkar from Pune. I bought a pepe jeans from FC road outlet for Rs.1799 in the month of july, just b4 the sale period. I wore it for 3-4 times and after that i washed the jeans. After the 1st wash it was actually torn on the lap. As there was festive season was going on from august, i didnt wear the jeans much after the wash.

                          But after diwali i went to the FC road outlet and told them the whole thing but they striaghtly told me that the jeans cannot be exchnaged after 3 mths. As my kid is small i could not make it early to go and show them but i showed them in 3 or max 3.5 mths. After some discussions the store manager told me that he will talk to the higher authority and get back to me else they will rafoo the jeans.
                          And the worst part on that the rafoo was also done so badly that my Rs.1799 are in vain. i think this is really not fair on their part. The amount invested in the jeans is not the small amount.

                          I hope i can get the right solution,,

                          I had faced this kind of situation on Dec 2009, but in the PePe outlet @ Fame ForumValuemall WhiteField Bangalore. I wore it one time and I had washed it, after washing it allot of color is releasing (black jeans)... but a small good thing is its a nice quality in jeans, but we are not sure why these good Branded people can provides this kind of worst color loosing clothes for the customers, from that day to till date I'm getting the color while washing...

                          So it is better to minimize investing on high cost branded ones (low cost one is some what bearable).

                            I have bought a Top from Pepe in Sale for Rs. 599 after discount. After 1 wash the color of the top ran out and now after several complains the Company is not ready to exchange it saying that it cant be exchanged as it is bought in Sale.This surely means that Pepe sells inferior quality clothes during their sales period which is being accepted by their Sales executive.This is cheating their customers and they have also said that they are there only to earn and not be genuine. My Invoice No. is 3083 and alteration slip No. is 4455. The top should be Either exchanged and be given a non defective piece or refund my money or let me purchase some other top worth Rs. 599.

On 3rd october'2008 I was purchase a T- Shirt of Pepe Jeans from a reputed shop .Shop address is SUN FLOWER MALL, SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI, PIN-734001(W..B). This place is far away from kolkata.I went there for travellling and then i was purchase the T-Shirt from this shop.I am writing this mail to you because today when I went to wash the T-Shirt for first time I see that all the febric designe of my T-shirt is washedout and its totaly blank, I am totaly shoked to see this. See money is not a factor for me but from PEPE product I cannot expect this.I have a fascination of pepe products and I also have Pepe products.I think that type of mail you received first time.

                              So, I request you to please do some thing.I am waiting for your reply.

                                i bought a pepe jaens last season and i wore it just once and it got unstitched from its pocket.i went to the connaught place showroom of pepe jeans and they said it cannot be exchanged and after sale company has no responsibility.
                                my father gifted me a shirt from pepe...its a size smaller and they refused to exchange that also.its a brand new shirt.i have been wearing pepe jeans the 73 series since last 4 years and connaught place showroom employees know me well but this time i really unsatisfied with the clothing.

                                  I bought a bottle green color mens sweat shirt from PEPE jeans consignment agent Gulati Enterprises situated at Fun Republic Mall Gomati nagar, Lucknow on 25.10.09 (bill no. 4208) on full price (no discounts) with in a 2 months of purchased & after wearing it for 2-3 times quality complaint was found as its 1 sleeve has lost its original shape and same was reported to the dealer on which he assured that it will be replaced but you have to wait for some time & after some time he said as discounted sale is going on wait till it get over & taken my contact number with assurance that he will inform me but I didn't get any call from dealer & on 3rd visit there was some other person sitting on counter and he said we will get it aultered for you for which I refused and sain I want a replacement for this for which he denied & said I will talk to my bosses & if any thing possible I will in form you and he kept that shirt with him but till date I haven't get any reply from their side.

                                    i bought pepe jeans blue from ebony retain store mall road ludhiana for rs 1799 but with first wash multiple holes appeared unfit for wearing . the ebony people refused to replace it . invoice no 319837 dated 29/9/09

                                    I purchased 2 pepe jeans pant in the month of October 2009 and April 2010 in Mysore, Karnataka. Both pants gets damaged at the middle in the same place and the same type. please see the attached screen shots for defect details and Invoice. I am wearing the pant only to office and not used for any ruff purpose I dont know why this was happened that to in the branded one.


                                    Today I spoken with the shopkeeper where i have purchased, He is not taking matter seriously and he is not giving any root cause/solution for the problem caused. I am really unhappy with him.


                                    I can defently say this is a Design defect OR Manufacturing defect OR Old stock OR Shop where i purchased is not genuine dealer


                                    I am requesting the company not to play with customer money.


                                    I am requesting the company to bare the cost or product replacement.


                                    Finally I lost Rs. 4000/- on spending on this :( :( :(

                                    It got holes in the first wear and after the first wash got mmultiple holes,unfit for wearing. Compliant was made against it but no replacement or action was taken against it.

                                      On the 3rd of October 2009 I bought a pair of jeans(comfort fit) from RUBY'S, 7/1D Linsday street, Kolkata 700087 ph: 22522953. On buying it the seller instantly altered ther length to size. But after taking it to home and wearing it i noticed the defect on the outer side stitch of the left leg which does not stay on the side but constantly comes to the front while walking. On complaining the seller argues that there is nothing wrong with the product and after a few washes it would become normal and that these products are manufactured in accordance with international standards. But since these products are manufactured locally by the franchaisee my doubts are how much quality control they are subjected to. Is there any outlet you can suggest from where i can verify the authenticity of the product and if found defective arrange for a replacement whether thru any of your oulets or by the seller himself. I shall be ever grateful to Pepe India if they can do me this small favour so that the money I have spent does not go down the drain and the trust and confidence in the company whose products i have been using for the last 10years, restored.
