Hi,my name is sohail virani and i have a complaint to make about the unprofessional behavior of your staff in Inorbit goregaon store.
I had purchased a shirt,which is style (WOMBAT) and worth Rs 1499/- on 20/09/09 from your goregaon inorbit store.I had taken a packed shirt while i had tried the sample shirts which were hanging on your shelves so there was no point in checking the packed shirt given by your staff which was a mistake...

Purchased a Pepe Jeans from the Infiniti Mall Outlet, Versova, Mumbai

The stud button (which has pepe jeans branding) on the left rear pocket has a copper part which touches the skin on the back/bottom which caused me a rash.

I have taken pictures of the rash.

While, we buy branded products to ensure that the best quality is supplied, this kind of complain which causes bodily harm is totally unacceptable.

I have been buying Pepe products for over 15 years, while it was not launched in India, I purchased them from London!!

Its surprising that paying 3 to 4 times the money, as against unbranded jeans, company like Pepe cannot purchase quality studs which should not cost more that 3-4rs.

I would expect the management to contact me, to resolve this problem.

I have the pictures and shall email to the management when asked

When I speak to pepe jeans Chennai ASM regarding my complain. He said me he is not talking to the poor people is it the way your company response to the customer after sales. Even he said me he is a local lit he can hit me or cause harm to me. Your Chennai division ASM spoke vulgarly to me. The contact number of your Chennai ASM is [protected] and one of the beautiful things done by your asm is that he asks me to take back my torn shirt. Just let me know on what ground he has ask me to take back your shirt . Now tell me to whom to contact if your company senior executive is talking like that and also suggest what to do shall I go to the police station or shall I go to the consumer court or where shall I go.

I had purchase a shirt from pepe jeans Chennai from city centre outlay on 27/10/08 and my bill no is A82705. On 28th morning I had found that there is some damage on the shirt around 10:30 am I had visited your outlet and gave the compliant sales executive over there spoke very roughly to me & first they told that u might have wash the cloth tats why it happen. I told them then that no sir I haven't done the washing. Then they told me u had done the ironing the cloth tats why it happens. Tat to I dint done but your executive over there was debating with me. Then they register the complain but no response till now.

First of all I would like to ask pepe jeans is pepe jeans manufacturing such an poor quality of cloth which will torn by 1 wash or 1 ironing that's what told by your sales executive over there .Sir I would like to say your executive are creating bad impression about your brand or may be they are true .

I had a great impression about your brand but I found that pepe jeans crm is also poor and also the quality of the product.

Sir I am doing an M.B.A in IIPM CHENNAI, and I fell like there is a big problem with your crm activity and even with your sales executive. I had discuss this thing with my friends and even at IIPM CHENNAI, all are telling that Rs 1100 shirt your purchase for the diwali and u could not wear on that day just imagine what poor quality they are manufacturing . As guided by our professor to take action against your company .I also feel like to do the same thing. Lets see within few days how your company response.

We pay Rs 650 for a t shirt (MB Neon Sky L) on 07/06/08, in the first wash the T shirt bled color with white patches all over. It was returned on 15/06/08. They were to call us back in three days. Despite repeated calls there has been no response from them. Never again are we going to ever buy a single item from this brand ...Customer Care and the related brand baulls*** they give us !!

Purchased PEPE Jeans from- Koramangala outlet, blore.
Since i was travelling n ther was no time, picked up the product without alteration, with the assurance n past experience tat alteration n exchange services can be availed across the country. Returned back to the work location after a month of travel and took the product to; SPENSER PLAZA- PEPE OUTLET, CHENNAI.
Though i had lost the bill, the brand n price tag was still on. But t my shock they refused any kind of free service and also spoke atrociously...in a very indecent manner. My till daye experience with any brand, whether it is Van huesen or Allen solly or Scullers or Levis or SF jeans...is that they provide alteration service even if the garnment is 2-3 yrs old.
Kindly address this issue, urgently.

I HAVE PURCHASED TWO JEANS O[censored]R COMPANY BUT ONE OF THEM AFTER USING NEAR ABOUT 6 MONTH, IT HAS LOST ITS FITTING AND FABRIC IS VERY POOR. WHAR REMEDY IS AVAILABLE . WHETHER THIS IS UR QUALITY OR IT IS BY MISTAKE . PLEASE TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Hi,

I Purchased Brand new Pepe jeans from Cyclone retail
shop,Huma mall,Kanjur Marg,Mumbai on 17 feb 08.
After First Wash that jeans is loosing color and lost original fitting.

I complaint to Mr.Sandeep giri,Pepe jeans india Ltd.on
23rd Feb.He did nothing for 10 days.and cureently he
needs another week to get QA Report.

and on the top of it now he is saying You purchased seconds
material.inspite in that store there were two types of
qualities,Fresh and Seconds and I paied for Fresh
Stock.

Is these the Pepe culture?

Please guide me what to do?Should I go to customer
grivance court?
