    I bought my women's Pepe jeans jeans in the 3rd week of July 2022, in a single wash the fabric got loose. We buy branded jeans so that we don't have to face fabric problem or fitting problem or etc...but after buying these jeans from Pepe jeans I'm regretting...they need to check on the quality they are providing such a big brand with these quality really feels pity.

      My friend gifted me Pepe jeans leather jacket 1yr back for my birthday..I hardly used this jacket 5-6 times..now the leather is getting torn off..since it is a Pepe jeans I thought it will give good durability...it didn't even last for a year..very disappointing with the brand..I am attaching the photo of the jacket.. kindly replace the item with a good quality one. Thank you

          Hi,
          I have placed an order for thousands of rupees i didn't receive any proper mail communication of the order, when I check back in the website with my login, i see there is no order placed. I have paid for the order.

          I don't see any customer support replying to the call.

          Pepe Jeans India -The mail says order has been shipped but when checked with Ecom Express customer care and the status it shows "information received", no parcel has been dispatched.

            Am Shivaraju- I have booked few garments from pepe Jean's india website they have charged me few thousands and there was order details shared then I have verified either my pepe log ins and no information about this orders it was empty. Where is money went. It was deducted towards pepejeans.

            Tried contacting all the possibilities that are given by Pepe Jean's website but no one is responding.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

              The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered three denims from pepe india online directly. Two were a perfect fit but one wasnt so i put in a return request. Called them and asked them to pick it up. My return request was placed On 21st june and was told that the pick up agent will call and come today its 4th July almost 2 weeks and the product is not picked up i tried calling on customer care no answer no call backs sent reminder mails no revert

              It occurred on: 21/06/2022

              I just want them to pick up the product and return my amount

              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                          Hi, This is Sanjay Sontakke, I have ordered a shirt having order no PJI[protected] of Rs 899.00/- but due to its quality issue I return that order on 01.04.22. I got the order received mail on 05.04.22 and assured me that I will get E-gift voucher within 5-6 days.

                          On 08/10/12 April regularly I am intimating, informing and acknowledging pepe jeans on their email id [protected]@pepejeans.in but I am not getting any reply from pepejeans. I have logged Police complaint and deciding to file a case against pepejeans. This is totally unprofessional and cheating done by pepejeans.

                                    I had purchased a denim of PEPE Jeans from Shoppers Stop Kolkata. However, after a single was, the badge at the back side lost its colour which ultimately got spread in the denim as it is in no condition to wear & use.

                                    This is an expensive one bought for INR 3, 500/- which is hard earned money.

                                      I walked into a pepe jeans store today and what that store was selling was fake jackets, without the logo and I can very well say that it was fake. I confronted the salesman about the logo (which was easily identifiable as a fake one), he got scared and couldn't explain the matter.

                                      I would request you to please check the store impromptu, as they might be selling other fake stuff as well.
