Am Shivaraju- I have booked few garments from pepe Jean's india website they have charged me few thousands and there was order details shared then I have verified either my pepe log ins and no information about this orders it was empty. Where is money went. It was deducted towards pepejeans.

Tried contacting all the possibilities that are given by Pepe Jean's website but no one is responding....

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered three denims from pepe india online directly. Two were a perfect fit but one wasnt so i put in a return request. Called them and asked them to pick it up. My return request was placed On 21st june and was told that the pick up agent will call and come today its 4th July almost 2 weeks and the product is not picked up i tried calling on customer care no answer no call backs sent reminder mails no revert

It occurred on: 21/06/2022

I just want them to pick up the product and return my amount

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Hi, This is Sanjay Sontakke, I have ordered a shirt having order no PJI[protected] of Rs 899.00/- but due to its quality issue I return that order on 01.04.22. I got the order received mail on 05.04.22 and assured me that I will get E-gift voucher within 5-6 days.

On 08/10/12 April regularly I am intimating, informing and acknowledging pepe jeans on their email id [protected]@pepejeans.in but I am not getting any reply from pepejeans. I have logged Police complaint and deciding to file a case against pepejeans. This is totally unprofessional and cheating done by pepejeans.

But today my pant simply damaged from buckle point when i strech up my pant.

I've bought some jeans from pepe jeans and when I gave that Jean to dry clean there are some spots showing in the jeans and I've tried every method to remove them off but it's not getting any better.

I Purchased Pepe Jeans on 5th sep 21 from Pantaloons Jhansi showroom. It got torn in a single wear even this is not washed once and i wore it for the first time last week

I had purchased a denim of PEPE Jeans from Shoppers Stop Kolkata. However, after a single was, the badge at the back side lost its colour which ultimately got spread in the denim as it is in no condition to wear & use.

This is an expensive one bought for INR 3, 500/- which is hard earned money.

Kindly help in this.

I walked into a pepe jeans store today and what that store was selling was fake jackets, without the logo and I can very well say that it was fake. I confronted the salesman about the logo (which was easily identifiable as a fake one), he got scared and couldn't explain the matter.

I would request you to please check the store impromptu, as they might be selling other fake stuff as well.

I bought a Pepe jeans one week earlier.
I want to return it.. but return status are not ready by courier service till today..

Frame of sunglass is stretch by its own that's why there is cracked in the frame.I want to change the frame.

As per goverment guidelines If warranty perior finish withing lockdown, company extend warranty after open shop continue
I am entitled to a refund or have the item repaired or have the item replaced, and I would request that you confirm by that you will do this.
I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the product to be collected or that you wish me to return this and that you will reimburse me for the cost of returning the product.

I've brought a jean yesterday from pepe jeans store trillium mall amritsar (143501) but the didn’t gave an invoice. The time of my purchase was around 7pm 17/sept/2021, i’ve made purchase of inr 2399/- . I had purchased a Pepe Jeans Sunglasses ( PEJESGLS[protected] Pepe Jeans Unisex Square Sunglasses PJ7308 ) on 14th Feb 2021 invoice attached. After few uses frame got broken. It is further pertinent to mention that no accidental fall took place.

I request you to arrange for replacement or repair. I reside in the Lucknow City of India
