Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I have purchased 3 clothes (50% sale) from Pepe Jeans (Mangalam Clothing), Trilium Mall, Nagpur on 20th Aug 21 of Rs.3149 (Bill has been attached for reference)
The size was little short so I went to Pepe Jeans (Fashion Forecast), GVK One Mall, Hyderabad to exchange the clothes but unfortunately they didn't had the same articles so they have asked me to get new articles from the sale material, then I have picked up 3 different articles from the sale.
The total amount of 1st Bill is Rs.6297 but it was on 50% sale so I paid them 3149 &
The total amount of 2nd Bill is Rs.7197
The difference was Rs.900
So technically I had to pay them Rs.450 because 50% sale was there but unfortunately they have charged me the same Rs.900
I asked the same to the store manager but he was like you are exchanging the articles so we won't give you any discount.

It occurred on: 29/08/2021

I just want my extra amount which I have paid to the store.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

I shopped a jeans from pepe store at fun republic mall, lucknow and even after telling the shop owner, he gave me a smaller size. The store is very far away from my home.

I had purchased a pair of blue trousers maybe in the month of august/ september 2020 from your exclusive connaught place, new delhi store.
I have barely wore that trousers in 5 months and now they have torn off from front just below the opening zipper. That pant is definitely not in condition to be repaired and its only maximum 10 times since i have wear the trousers
I had handed over the trousers to the same store from where it was purchased. They took around 15 days to get it returned with any response that they will send it to their head office for some purposes and they will ket me know with the fate of same
More than 15 days passed, receiving no reply from store ; i approached the store on 12th jan where i was informed that the plea has been rejected by company and i should contact to the company on my own.
Shocking!!! And they didn’t even have the etiquette to atleast provide me email address of the company

BECAUSE WITHIN A MONTH ITS COLOR FADES AWAY...ITS COST ME ₹3799 .
I request the higher authorities to please have a look on this matter ...
I Also doubted the shopkeeper is selling cheap quality jeans in name of pepe jeans...SO PLEASE CHECK IT...

While all brands are allowing exchange of purchased products, I don't understand why the pepejeans store at Infinity mall, Malad, Mumbai is not exchanging a shirt that I just bought one day ago?

I would like to inform you that since last 2 months ago I will purchase a shirt from pepe jeans in gold dighi mall, 2nd floor silchar, it's getting discoloured and I visit your store in silchar gold dighi mall since 26/12/2020 and she refuse to replace the shirt but it around rs. 1800. Also I m unable share a photo or bill. Cos shirt is in your store.
So it's my humble request to you kindly replace the shirt as soon as early

Recently i bought a t-shirt from pepe jeans kamla nagar delhi 110007. While checking the t-shirt it was all okay but in the process of billing while removing security tag t shirt got damaged which i didn't check at that time. Later i get to know about it. I go to the same store but they refused to replace or refund.
Pepe jeans india is breaking customer's trust.

I am highly disgruntled with Pepe Jeans India as I never thought I would have such an awful experience with this high end brand. The Leather/PU Signage on the back of the jeans exudes black ink horribly. Apparently it's a Fabric Quality Issue which Pepe India disdained at the branding level, perhaps relying too much on the Brand value.
I noticed several others raised the same complaint against Pepe and wondering why the so called Heads "Pepe Jeans India" haven't recalled for such defective product and ensured a replacement to their loyal customers?
Anyway, Probably We, as Customers, need to look for some genuine and reputed Brands who would care for their customers and moreover value our Money.

I had purchased a pepe jeans pu jacket spending nearly ₹5.5k from koovs.com last year in january. Used it not more than 10 times in previous year. Saw a minor mark of scratched pu when put back to wardrobe. Today when i get this jacket out it was shocking that the pu is removing like old paper from the jacket as it was an expired product. What to do now?

I bought a jacket from pepe showroom at maximus mall, kotwali bazar, dharamshala (Hp) on 12-01-19. I wore this jacket 8-9 times till now and kept it with utmost care. Didn't wash or dry clean even once. But today i saw that it's skin is peeling off in small patches. I can't believe that a company of repute like pepe sell such rubbish by duping it's customers. You charge hefty price for your products, and in return give such a garbage and mental agony... Disgusting... It's very disgusting... I hope you will look into it and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Dear sir need staff improvement on pepe jeans they didn't provided staf[censored]niforms, staff says
Company is not interested on providing uniforms me & many other costumers are facing problems so many times, when they call they don't recognize that this guy is pepe staff specialy on kapsons stores, & and other brand staff & kapsons staff doesn't care on handling when company have provided staff to the counter, i have told so many times to kapsons s. M they just says sorry every times.

I had procure one trouser and shirt for my relatives (Who lives in vadodara, gujarat) from the town - hazaribag, jharkhand, on[protected]. (With 40 percent discount)
But article not suitable by size or it's small and i want to exchange this item in vadodara gujarat,
Can you help me on this subject.

I Shriram Jat purchase pepe jeans brand T shirt 5 months back in 6 Feb 2019 at 7th C Road, Saradarpura, Jodhpur Pepe Jeans showroom but after 4 months T shirt damage as various micro holes occurs in armpit region. I have call to purchase shop but they didn't change it without your company permission. So please kindly give valuable feedback me immediately.

November 4th 2018, i went to pepe jeans in jayanagara bangalore, for the first time and bought a jeans pant worth of 3300rs. It got torn in december. I went to shop to ask for help. They told to wait and they will confirm.. Everytime i go there, they tell, no size and i come back with nothing... Today june 22md 2019 i went back again n found nothing. I told them i can't wait more. They told, sorry we have no jeans for your size of that range. Please buy other stuffs...

This was the worst experience of my life. And would suggest everyone not to buy anything from pepe jeans.

While buying they be so good, while asking for help they become the worst
