In Factory Out near Ambala (Haryana), visited for shopping on sunday i.e.[protected]. there almost 30-40 brands there. i did shopping from many other brand including a Jeans from your brand.. Only you guys are taking VAT after discount amount, no one else is changing VAT on the discount amounts. As per retail norms and judicial protocols you are not suppose to apply VAT on the discounted amount. i asked so many shops there. only your brand is receiving such taxes unnecessarily. I request to please refund my tax amount back otherwise i will surely go for some legal action. I will put RTI also you have to explain that how you guys are going against rules made.

I request you to please return my extra charged amount back.. I am adding the copy of the invoice with the mail. Please look into the matter and get it resolved as soon as possible.

I purchased new t shirt in pepe jeans bellary. Karnataka. And i used hardly 3times, now stitches r removing n it damaged. So pls help me out regard this. Bcz these outlet people are not responding me properly. It is not branded and they selling by brand tag. Outlet people are not ready to contact with company person, and they using any words on customer.

I have purchased a Pepe Jeans from Kalyan Silks Thiruvananthapuram one year back. It cost me rs 3999/-. I used it at least twice in a month. Recently i have noticed that there is a small hole in front of my jeans near zip area. pls replace my jeans immediately

This is bring to notice that I have purchased four jeans in Christmas sale at Pepe Jeans located at Unit No. 7, Sky Zone, High Street Phoenix, Phoenix Mills Compound, S.B. Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013: Phoni:[protected]Hence forth mentioned as store)
Product I brought was 4 pair of jeans and warm T-shirt and wrap round kind of sweater (shrug).
Problem: All the four jeans and the T-shirt are bleeding profusely when immersed in water.

Action taken by me: I visited the store and mentioned them the problem and seek to return all the goods and get a refund. I did leave all the garments in at the store on Shabaaz request and he confirm that he will check and send the good to head office located at Andheri and get back to me.

Teams response:
1) Goods has been sent to the Andheri office
2) Andheri team has to officially visit to some some place so will get back to soon
3)Andheri office has refused to give the refund and stated that they have checked the goods and it seem to be fine.

Two days back i.e 25/jan/2017 I brought pepe jeans (vapour 2) for 2399 with out offer from pepe jeans show room manipal udupi district karnataka 576104 and the seller cheated me by telling new arrival and given one year back manufacturd jeans ie sep 2015. I am really disappointing by pepe jeans please take action on this.

I bought this jacket last year in the month of march... I had purchase it from exclusive showroom of pepe jeans Sector 17 Chandigarh...They said this jacket will last for may years because of its brand but no guarantee or warranty given. Still because of brand name I bought this jacket and the leather of the jacket is torn off by it self... I want appropriate action should be taken and jacket should be exchanged.

I bought a fresh stock of 6500 of one leather jacket around 18- 20 December and I selected with a blink of eye. They said this jacket will last for may years because of its brand but no guarantee or warranty given. Still because of brand name I bought this jacket and in the very next month it torn off from back and front and it was also little defective from beginning but I ignored it and thought this is at only one place so its fine but I found this tear and wear in back and front as well. I am very much disappointed by choosing this brand and not satisfy at all. I could have gone to MAX that offers jacket at 1800 but I chose pepe jeans london due to its durability but I have got very embarrassed and disappointment and dissatisfied. Kindly please give me a fresh piece or refund and its fabric is still continue to torn and worn out. I bought it from c21/ malhar mega mall indore.

Its been aeons since i was connected with your brand, was highly comforatble and was proud too, wearing your pepe jeans brand.Since i have an attachment with this company and this is because i am writing this complaint as i got so disappointed wearing the leather jacket of your brand this season.I bought the jacket last year and it was an second winter for that jacket but god knows how come the leather got rooted up.I have spend 5500 bucks for that jacket which is not a small amount.I reside in gurgaon and tried several times your customer care number but i could not reach you people.I need the solution anyhow from your end as soon as possible.i am providing you people the photgraphes of that defected jacket below check it out and provide the best alternate you people can provide from your end

I have bought 2 leather jackets from exclusive showroom of Pepe Jeans in Karnal (Haryana). The upper layer of both of these jackets are being torn off like paper. There is some manufacturing defect in fabric and it is since day 1.
I want appropriate action to be taken and refund should be initiated to me.

I gave my shirt for alteration to put buttons of pepe jeans at G&B Fashions 41 U.A Bungalow Road, Jawahar Nagar, Delhi where one o[censored]r pepe jeans store is located on 22/10/2016 and they told me that as soon as your shirt is ready v will call u ourself they took my no also after one week I went the reply they gav v misplaced your no I showed them it was clearly mentioned in their diary they said ok now whenever it's done we will call u now it's been more than 2 months I haven't received any call is this the after sales service o[censored]r well known brand.Now that I know about ur importance u give to ur customers I will keep in mind if I hav to purchase anything from ur store or beet er it's been last n final tha time I m buying from ur brand.I want an immediate action to b taken against the store owners.

I was visiting the store in new delhi connaught place, inner circle store for some winter wear collection. I tried several t-shirts and jackets and bought one. The staff working their informed me about the sale which is i would get 25 percent discount if i could buy two winter wear products. So did some seeing and tried another another suede t-shirt. The problem is, i was said and i quote" that now i'm not allowed to tryouts anymore so whatever you feel you take it or leave it thats your choice sir". This the first time i'm hearing this kind of bs from a staff of a brand that i have been following for years. Although i picked one jacket, it was around[protected], they just denied me for having any more trials. This is absurd and on top of that there is no store around connaught place other than that.

I had to leave without purchasing anything and i'm pretty sure i wont be going to that store in the near future.

I buyed a prouduct of pepe jeans from panding brothers 10, f inner circle connaught place new delhi -110001 .After doing shopping of above 3000 I got voucher of 1000 and they promised me ki this voucher will work all over india . After someday I went to pepe jeans jammu and gave this voucher but they refused to take .even I spoke to customer care they told them to take voucher but they then also haven't gave me. Now I decided I will never buy any prouduct from pepe after this

I bought a blue jean from pepe store(ONE STOP) Model Town Jalandhar (Punjab) on 19th aug 2016 bill no. 542.
the manufacturing date of jean is november 2015 And the salesman every time told me that this is a fresh lot
After 1st wash the color of jean was faded
and i have returned the jean to showroom and they told me about company policy that it would take over 45 days for replacement...

I bought brand new pepe jeans, which cost me after wearing it.I bought it from dhanbad, after wear for once its Tore from middle, and now i can't wear it any more. On 12th aug'16 i visited pepe jeans outlet in gorakhpur market, jabalpur(M.P.) and purchased two t-shirts, one black in colour and the other one in dark blue.
I wore both the tshirts once and got it hand washed then. The blue t-shirt's colour faded totally and it is looking like an old shirt after a single wash only. The black one had some design with plastic beads over it which started wearing off .

I visited the store after that and the they denied to change it giving g some silly reasons.

Kindly look into my complaint and change the tshirt at earliest that's what i expect from a reputed brand like pepe jeans. One trusts a brand only for the quality and customer service.

On 13th aug'16 i visited pepe jeans in dt mega mall golf course road and took 3 shirts and 2 trousers out of three shirts one was dark blue a linen shirt,
I always wear new clothes after getting it easy washed i did the same this time as well, but shirt's colour faded 50% and it is looking like a 3 years old shirt even after a single wash only,


I visited the store they people denied to change it

Kindly look into my concern and change the shirt at earliest that's what i am expecting from a reputed brand like pepe jeans.

This complaint is about a product that is t-shirt which I bought from one o[censored]r stores in visakhapatnam. It had been few days I bought 3 t-shirts from your store and from the second wash itself the colour is fading and the t-shirts lost their look. We buy products from you so that they lost long rather then buying in some cheaper stores. Reply me as soon as possible or else am gonna post a complaint in consumer court regrding your products

I bought a jeans trouser from Pepe Jeans store in DB City Mall, Bhopal. During the purchase the staff wanted to sell me the entire shop, it seemed. After sometime the trouser sustained a tear, which I presume was due to faulty product. But I did not blame the store and went to them to repair the jeans and NOT to replace. There conduct and behavior was very immature and irresponsible.
