I have taken red ladies jeans. First wash I had a dry clean. After that I did a home wash with cold water without any detergent. even if I put the jean in plane cold water leaving color like anything. Water becomes red blood. color is going too much. We pay so much of money so that branded clothes are good. There is no difference in a street side jeans and pepe jeans. Pepe jeans gives us so bad quality. Dear Sir, I had purchased a Pape G.J-Vapour Jeans from Panda Life Style, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar - 751007, Odisha on 18th October 2014 at Rs. 2219.07, attached the invoice copy for your reference. I have purchased it, to gift my relative on his marriage. But unfortunately, they tried on this month of Feb and found that it is defective. When I bought, it was adjusted so well that I could not find this defect. When he used it, found that it is defective and send it to me for exchange. But he lost the company tags attached with the jeans. I went to the shop with bill and talked with the Manager. He told me that without company tags, he cannot do anything and tried to avoid it and told me that directly contact the company's contact person. They must have all the information of the jeans. Then I went to the Pepe Jeans store, saheed nagar, Bhubaneswar. They told me that they couldn't do anything. You purchased from them and only they have to do something. I bought a t-shirt from pepe jeans show room at South City mall, kolkatta. It's having severe manufacturing defect. One sleeve of the tshirt is larger than the other. I don't know how such a great brand sells such items. I demand a replacement of my item or full cash back.

Dear sir, I bought a Pepe jet black jeans from Shoppers stop Ansal Plaza, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi for which i had to pay Rs 2700. On the first wash the jeans faded to some common jeans like it has multiple line everywhere as if it was not jet black jeans and in the second wash maximum of the colour has faded. Hi, I have purchased a T-shirt worth Rs. 999 from Pepe Jeans Outlet in Manjeera Mall, Hyderabad. After one wash the color of the T-shirt got faded and some white patches comes up all over the T-shirt. I have returned it to the outlet and they send back the product to the company for further check and after few days I got a call from the same outlet saying that it is a washing defect and can't exchange it. I am student from Nasik studying in Pune. I bought this pair of jeans on the 21st June 2014 from the Nasik store. I dont like the fit of the jeans and wanted to exhange it immediately. However, the company's sale season started within a week of the purchase. I located 2 stores in Pune whom I approached with the same problem. Both the stores were a huge disappointment and refused to get it exchanged. The JM store was rude enough to point out that it was not purchased from their store so not something they are concerned with.
I understand the sale has limited stock at discounted price and thus was not happy to get it exchanged from the available 2 options that were given to me by the JM store. The M.G road, Pune store said it is against the company policy.

I was denied a credit note, something as basic as a credit note for future purchase which is given in case the store fails to provide variety to the customer. I am sure you are aware of it and thus I dont need to explain the littte details regarding a 'credit note'.

To sum it up shopping at your store has been a huge disappointment.

First I was not shown a full area of Clothing. When I somehow ventured into that area by my own curiosity and chose what I wanted, the staff very smartly tried to fool me by making excuses of the discount scheme not being availabe on that particular product. Again when we made a choice, he literally cheated mixing the selected garment with rest and actually removed the price tag. I have written very harsh remark on the consumer feedback book. The name of the Guy in Pepe Jeans outlet, Oberoi mall is Lucky. I cannot remember the name of the other guy who asked me to not to buy the garment. From what I can see, it is either a case of staff reserving good products for their personal clientile / friends. Or it is cheap tactics of store franchise to clear slow moving products first. Whatever the case, it reflects very bad on Pepe jeans Store Management and in times of these online websites, it makes all the reason to spare a though. And I will actually buy that product from somewhere else.

I purchased 2 t-shirt from myntra.com.
but i didn't expect both are same size of XXL and the difference in both t-shirt, one is XXL and one is L.
i want to know this big mistake from this type of reputed brand.
i think the product is send by myntra is not original because same brand and this type of big difference.

I bought a sweatshirt from a store in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.I purchased it from a shop by name Milton Dresses. The bill no. 02SA12000028 in Rs. 1799/- dated 19/12/13. Few days late the colour started to fade at certain areas...after a month the colour had completely changed on few big patches.I showed this to the shopkeeper he said talk to company. When I called the customer care she gave me a no. of some area manager in Pune. He said that he will come to Nagpur and see the sweatshirt and uptill then keep the product in the shop only. He said this a month ago...no one showed face...uptilll now...my purchase is lying in the shop...what to do...please help

Yesterday suddenly the jeans tore off near fly area when it got stretched during my attempt to jump over a pit. I have used many other brands earlier like wrangler, Levi's, Gas but none of these gave me such problem. Jeans are said to be more tough but this one just tore of with little stretching.

But unfortunately after first wash, I have seen color of the sticker spreads other part of the jeans and now it is uneasy to wear for me.
