Pepe Jeans India — Exchange of jeans is a big hassle | |||
Dear Sir, I am student from Nasik studying in Pune. I bought this pair of jeans on the 21st June 2014 from the Nasik store. I dont like the fit of the jeans and wanted to exhange it immediately. However, the company's sale season started within a week of the purchase. I located 2 stores in Pune whom I approached with the same problem. Both the stores were a huge disappointment and refused to get it exchanged. The JM store was rude enough to point out that it was not purchased from their store so not something they are concerned with. I understand the sale has limited stock at discounted price and thus was not happy to get it exchanged from the available 2 options that were given to me by the JM store. The M.G road, Pune store said it is against the company policy. 2 things that your company lacks in: Customer relationship management Customer care I was denied a credit note, something as basic as a credit note for future purchase which is given in case the store fails to provide variety to the customer. I am sure you are aware of it and thus I dont need to explain the littte details regarding a 'credit note'. To sum it up shopping at your store has been a huge disappointment.
