Pepperfry — Expecting a refund thats not come yet

I place an order for a 2-seater Fuego sofa order number[protected] on October 10th, 2025. I got a call for delivery on or about October 17th, but I was moving and could not be available for the sofa delivery as I was tending to my mother. I told the men I could not accept the sofa and please return it to Pepperfry and the agreed. A representative had told me that if I could not accept the sofa to refuse it at delivery and they would return for refund. So that is what I did. I have not heard any correspondence from Pepperfry at all and am afraid you will keep my money. My refund is Rs. 34, 648.
