I purchased the product on 24th dec and it got delivered on Jan 2nd .as per the policy once product is delivered with in 24 hrs installation will be provided. But my point is till 8zh Jan I haven't recieved and call or any message or email from pepper fry that.installiation is delay due to some technical issues. I personally called customer care asking for installation they said they will assign and by 9th it will be installed..but again they failed. Just got irritated and told them I don't want this product and again till time no one as come to take it return as per Nagarbhavi studio person he said will pick the order and will refund on 14th . Today it's 18th and no action happening here

    I placed orders for queen size beds and mattress of size 78L x 60W which is mentioned in the specification of bed but pepperfry app internally updated the mattress’ size to 70Lx 60W and 70Lx48W. And now (within 7 days of placing the orders) I am trying to contact customer service via chat, emails and calls but no answer or resolution. Chatbot is not human, and they are not letting me cancel/return these two items, which is Rs 17, 737, and...

    1. Order date - 4th Nov - expected to be delivered in a week. Did not deliver till now.
    2. Original Ship date - 11th Nov - canceled by Pepperfry due to quality issues in the product detected by their internal department. Notified by email as the reason for delay in delivery and a new promised date of delivery
    3. First delivery date - 18th Nov - delivery agents tried to assemble at my house, top drawer would not open, after putting racks in, the cabinet doors would not close. They realized only one coat of painting was done. Clearly, they realized it was a defective piece. They took it back.
    4. Second delivery date - 26th Nov with claim that issue has been resolved - the same piece was delivered and the delivery agents faced mostly similar issues assembling and took it back
    5. Request for full refund

      Received only half of the expected products.

      The product was delivered at our door, But when the delivery personals opened the packaging, It was completely different from the product we ordered.
      It was not at all matching the image displayed on the Pepperfry website;
      The quality of the material used was soo sub-standard and finishing was shoddy, and not worth even half the money we paid.
      We rejected the product and raised this with Peopperfry personnels.
      They agreed to take back the product, and it was taken back by the same personnel who came to deliver, i.e. on November 19th, 2023.

      I did not expect a product of such low-quality standards from "Pepperfry" as I have been a regular customer of the brand.
      Nevertheless, I did not expect such an unprofessional and ignorant response from the customer support manager.
      We have been following up with the customer care since last one week but haven't received any updates on the refund of our money.

      I expected to get the refund the same day the product was returned, just like the other e-commerce companies.

      It is the company's internal issues that the quality check was not done properly before delivery, that is not our mistake, why our money has been held for so long? If Pepperfry needs to sort out things internally, kindly do that, but your first action should be refunding customer's money who does not hold your product anymore.

      I request Pepperfry to kindly refund the amount back to the source account & I don't want any other product or replacement from the brand. :(

          I Ordered Shoe Rack from PepperFry with Order id[protected]. Product was delivered 3 days late without any intimation, product delivered was Damaged which we refused to accept.
          Now Pepperfry is not issuing refund.
          Pepperfry is full of cheaters, would not recommend to anyone.

            I have ordered 3 pieces of Blue Floral Cotton 5 Ft Light Filtering Eyelet Window Curtain By Soumya from pepperfry on November 4, 2023 online and paid rupees 2734/- Order ID for the same is[protected].
            I received the product on November 12 2023 and noticed that the product shown in the picture is different. I ordered light blue colour curtains but received blackish blue curtains.
            I contacted pepperfry (ref ID WR[protected] [protected]FU1713153-S-PM20463) through mails and chat for return of the product, they are not accepting it saying this is the product I ordered and cannot accept the return. I felt cheated as they have given entirely different picture to misguide customers.

              Refusing to return and refund.

              Images on the website always misleading.. I have ordered a study table but when delivered and assembled, the cabinets are too small.. Can't fit 3rd grade books.
              Complete waste of money.

              When talked to customer care.. they are not listening .. keep on repeating same thing " sorry we can not" and closed my case.

              Cabinets dimensions are not on website... Pepperfry just there to make money. I want them to...

              It's mentioned that this is 7METERS clearly in the description, BUT it is only 2.8 meters.

              The product not as per the description
              it's very much clear in the image for reference even a INCH TAPE is beside which is hardly covered 2 times, (110 inches = 2.8 metres approx.)

              It's clearly a fraud with the customer
              I need my refund
              you also got me in trouble got scolded by wife.
              This type of scandal is not at all tolerable, better correct the details.

                I had ordered 2 lamp shades from Pepperfry on 28th /29th Oct and the website said beige and what they sent were brown and now they are not willing to replace change or refund.
                Absolute frauds. All they wany is to con customers out of their money.
                Request for help. I have emailed their customer service but they have refused to replace or refund the amount.

                    Defective product, can't claim warranty

                    I recently saw an crack in bed support. I reached out to pepperfry and they simply say it's a physical damage and I can't claim warranty for it. I called a carpenter to check if he can fix it. He said it's certainly a manufacturer defect and you should go for claiming warranty. Pepperfry customer support is not at all useful....

                    It has been over a week, since I have been following up with the pepperfry team every since the order was delivered to me (6th Oct. 2023) on the status of replacement/return of the damaged product I received. The order ID is[protected]. They keep asking me to wait for 2-3 days every time I reach out to them after waiting for the said amount of days and not receiving any call back or update.

                    Also, they keep mentioning they will send a carpenter to fix it despite me clearing asking for a replacement of the entire furniture and not just a repair, since they delivered a damaged product to me with no proper quality checks done before delivery.

                    Could you please support on this issue and ask them to provide a refund if they are unable to provide a replacement?

                      I have been following up from 2+ weeks on status of replacement/return of the damaged product I received (details below), earlier I was getting failed assurance of getting connected with merchant in 24-72hrs time frame, and now they have stopped responding as well

                        I have ordered (Order No:[protected]DE1885484-S-PM36345) one item having item id DE1885484-S-PM36345 on 16th Sept 2023 Engineered Wood Wall Shelf In Yellow Colour() but I have received a wrong item for which I have initiated a return. The item was picked up by your delivery agent on 1st Oct. This is to inform you that your delivery agent has wrongly picked up another item (HOMDECLOYAL ® Jute Braided Natural Rug Hand Woven & Reversible for Living Room Kitchen Entryway Rug, Jute Burlap Braided Rug, Farmhouse Rag Rug, Rustic Rug (Jute010, 3 feet x 5 feet - Rug/Carpet) | B0B9SNMF3N ( JUTRUG0183-3x5 ) HSN:570210) from AMAZON which is higher in price and bigger in size than the paperfry product, without checking and verifying the item and also processed the refund which has been credited to my bank a/c. Moreover he didn't reveal his identity as the Pepperfry agent. Now I have contacted pepperfry Customer care team and Mr. Vikas from pepperfry team is deliberately trying to manipulate the issue saying its a fault from our end and pepperfry will not help us to get back the wrongly picked up product. Moreover, I have also mailed at [protected]@pepperfry.com on 2nd Oct, 2023 but no reply has been received till date. As an old Pepperfry customer, I am deeply aghast by the services and support that has provided. It is to request you to take necessary steps to get back my amazon rug (or Rs. 1345) which is wrongly picked by pepperfry deliver boy and take the correct product for which I have placed return request to pepperfry.com. Kindly look into this matter and advice.

                          This is with regards to the furniture taken via online from Pepperfry. We had bought Calleros Chaise Lounger on Nov 2021. Recently observed that one of the leg of the sofa is broken and need repair. It's been 10 days and Pepperfry is one of the worst customer care support I have got. Neither there is any number i can get in touch with nor none of the technician or Carpenter is visited even after providing all details of the damage. None of them want to take any responsibility to get the repair done.

                            I placed an order for chair Venus Breathable mesh ergonomic chair on June 27, 2023, Order ID:[protected]. The product was delivered on July 2, 2023. The same day i raised a request for replacement of the product as it was very uncomfortable and not up to the mark for the amount I paid. It was not even reclining properly. I complained and reached out to customer care multiple times for replacement or refund. But they did not replaced the product, nor provided the refund. According to them the chair was good, even when i was not comfortable with the product. They did not consider any of my request. I sent them videos in which i showed them that the chair is not reclining properly and it is very uncomfortable. Even after several emails, calls and follow ups, no resolution was provided to me . I request you to get me refund, consumer said that he raised return policy consumer wants refund of the product as soon as possible

                            I raised a complaint in NCH also and still same pathetic responses.
                            Its been almost 3 months from the date i received the order and still the company is not refunding my money.

                            Next step is consumer court. This kind of service is completely unacceptable from Pepperfry.

                            Pathetic service. Worst worst quality. I would give a minus rating.

                              It is loaded with mould all time, if I don't wipe it for a day, mould grows.
                              Eyes burn when i go in the room, when dusting we have incessant sneezing.
                              My clothes give me rashes cuz of it, what a health hazard it is! The pepperfry customer care said, maybe cuz the item is from Malaysia, it doesn't suit this climate, so? So it's the customer's fault right? That they trusted you with their hard earned money.
                              These people don't realise how risky this is, they must be using those expensive wooden furniture at their home, which cost in lacs. But the
                              middle class people should suffer with this third class item.
                              Have some ethics pepperfry!
