[Resolved]  Pepperfry — invoice/bill for the prepaid order is not issued for order no.[protected] dated:-31-mar-2020

I have placed an order with pepperfry.com for a table. It's a prepaid order, i have paid the amount instantly. I can understand that due to covid-19 issues deliveries are delayed. I don't have any issues with the delivery dates. But pepperfry.com is refused to give bill/invoice for the order which i have already paid. It's a consumer right to get invoice/bill for the purchased product. I am bringing this issue to your notice. Please do the needful.

I am facing the same issue. I placed an order for a Table. I wanted to claim the cost under my company's WFH guidelines which requires an Invoice for Claim approval. They denied to provide Invoice stating they are unable to give Invoice. Only because of Covid I am relying on Pepperfry, else I could have gone to a normal Furniture store and purchased off the shelf with no hassles. I think i will cancel the order.

I am facing the same issue. I placed an order for a wardrobe. I wanted to claim the cost under my company's guidelines which requires an Invoice for Claim approval. They denied to provide Invoice stating they are unable to give Invoice. My order no. is[protected] dated 06.11.2020 and email id is uzzwal.[protected]@gmail.com.
Pepper fry not providing product invoice. Please help. They have just provided a tax invoice if Rs 900 where as I have purchased furniture worth 10000. Please help

I am having the same complaint. I placed an order for a Table (order ID:[protected]. I want to claim the cost under my company's WFH guidelines which requires an Invoice for Claim approval as soon as the purchase is made. They denied to provide Invoice stating they will give it only when product is shipped (mid April). As a consumer, it's my legal right to get a copy of my bill as soon I make a payment. I have no option but to cancel the order if not resolved immediately and proceed to Amazon.

My company will not wait for that long and moreover, as consumer, it's my legal right to get a copy of my bill as soon I make a payment.

Total Paid amount form my credit card is Rs.9348 but the invoice amount is Rs.8999. Can you let me know why the difference?. We need this answered as my credit card amount is not matching the Invoice amount and we need to submit answer to my company.

Same problem here ...I ordered a office table but did not get invoice for table purchased.However, got invoice for labour services .My order number is[protected].

Pls let me know how to get the invoice for the prepaid orders in peperfry. I didn't get the invoice nor any service from peperfry
Similar issue for me. I ordered furniture under my company policy on 16th November. Till date invoice not ready. As per company policy need to claim before this month. If we call customer care they are rude in response and not ready to listen to customer. Further agent Amilia asked to complain if not happy with service. My order[protected]. Request responsible person who understand retail business to support his customer
