Pepperfry — Mattress deal not fulfilled

We were offered a mystery deal with the purchase of our mattress from pepperfry showroom in Preet vihar. We never got anything related to the deal. When I checked with the store multiple times, the salesman vikas told me that he has raised the complain with the customer care and they have replied that due to certain reasons the deal is not applicable anymore. When I called pepperfry customer care Myself, they told me that there is no such offer. The store basically cheated me by convincing my to by more expensive mattress by telling me that I will get a surprise item of the add on amount. I never got it.
