Dear Sir,

I raised the Return request on 25.11.2022 which is still showing as pending. I am attaching the screen shot of your website as proof of return request.
This product has issue since delivery time, therefore return request was raised immediately. The foam quality is very poor. I am again attaching the photo also.

Complaints were raised multiple times as per details below with all proofs available with us:

This Product is within 3 years of warrantee and issue was raised by me within 1 month of the delivery. Requested to REFUND me entire amount with Rs. 25000 as penalty within 1 week for causing harassment to us else I will use my legal rights to bring such acts to public domain at your risk and cost and I reserve my rights to initiate criminal and civil complaint against you and directors of the company.
