I ordered an office chair and it was not a quality one. The plastic was defective. When I raised a return request they rejected saying that the product is same as described in the website.
The customer care executive is very rude. They will just say read our policy and don't mind your words.
They only accept returns if it is defective or damaged it seems . Then what to do if the quality is poor?
