Rcently purchased both a bed and a mattress from Pepperfry under the same order (Order ID: [insert order number]). The mattress was delivered first, and the bed arrived later today. Upon setup, I discovered that the mattress is smaller than the bed — it does not match the size specifications mentioned on your product page.
This is not a case of personal preference or incorrect selection, but rather a product mismatch between what was described and what has been delivered. I have attached photos and screenshots clearly showing the difference in dimensions.
I kindly request that you arrange a replacement for the correct mattress size or initiate a refund at the earliest. Please note that as per the Consumer Protection Act (2019), customers are entitled to a remedy when the product received is “not as described.”
