Peppertap.com & Vishal Megamart Ltd, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur Outlet — Different, Inferior, lesser in quntity/size and time barred products delivered at home aginst online order

SUB: DELIVERY OF WRONG AND INFERIOR PRODUCTS AGAINST MY ORDER NO. 518782 dated[protected]. Please note that different, wrong and inferior products have been delivered to my place against Peppertap order No. 518782 dated[protected]. I triedto contact the customercare number +91-[protected] but was kept on hold for long and no one responded. Please note that following are the item-wise defects, as per the bill stated in the trail mail: 1) 4 Nos. Lays India's Magic Masala 25 gms chips packets have been sent to me in place of order for 2 Nos. Lays Spanish Tomato Tango Potato chips 57 gms. (Flavour is different & Weight is less.) 2) B-Natural Jamun Juice- Product is O.K. 3) Haldiram Sev 200 gms has been sent in place of Haldiram Chatpata Chana Dal Namkeen 200 gms. (Product is altogether different) 4)Bingo Mad Angle 100 gms- Product is O.K. 5) 2 Nos. ODONIL Nature Inspired Fragrance AIR FRESHNER-50 gmeach MRP 40/- each, have been sent in place of AIRWICK LAVENDER DEW FRESH GEL AIR FRESHNER 50 gms -MRP Rs.49/- each (The product is totally different altogether and there is difference of Rs.18/- excess in MRP). One of these packs is damaged as well. 6) Saffola Gold Refined Oil 2 Litres: The saffola oil has been manufactured on 26 March, 2015, that is to say, it is six months old, and NOT fit for use now. The refined oils are best before SIX months of the date of manufacture. 7) Vanish Shakti O2 Fabric Stain Remover- Product is O.K. 8) 4 Nos. Odonil Jasmine Mist 50 gms have been sent in place of 4 Nos. ODONIL Jasmine Mist 75 gms.(Smaller size/quantity 50 gms packs have been sent in place of 75 gms packs). 9) Bingo Yumitos Red Chilli 66 gms- Product is O.K. From the above details, you will notice that FIVE of the Nine products ordered are different, inferior and less in quantity / packing size, and with lesser MRP as compared to the MRP of the actually ordered products. This is clear cheating, negligence and forgery. Please arrange immediate replacement of the defective and wrong products, as I am supposed to leave Jaipur in a couple of days. I may have to initiate legal proceedings against the Peppertap and the merchant Vishal Megamart, Malviya Nagar, jaipur if the products are not immediately exchanged and replaced.
