I placed a order for some produccts at around 2 this afternoon which was scheduled to be delivered to me by 2 hours but i did not get the delivery and i kept on calling the service desk who assured me of delivring the product by all means til 6 pm then by 8 n finally they assured me of 10 pm but finally some guy calls and tells we dont have stock what is that means the customer is harrased for 6 hours and then u say after so many calls not available and the excuses i reccived as message were that our person is unable to locate you the order no was 1377983 order was in name of dewaki nandan agarwal please look into the issue as soon as possible and i want to have a claim of my harrasment my no is [protected]

Hello sir maine 2 bottel dove shampoo 180 ml ka order kiya jinka totsl amount 270 ths jiske badle mujhe 340 ml diya gaya jiska mrp 259 tha aur mujhse 270 charge kiya gaya maine 10-13 mail ki product return k liye par till today koi response nahi aaya. mera product return karke mers refund kiya jaye mujhe product nahi chahiye. thank u

I am Parth Vyas. I had ordered one Axe dark temptation deo cost 180 rs and one Axe dark temptation after shave lotion 100 ml cost 200 rs. Bill cost was 380 and they gave discount of 100 rs so total bill 280 rs. Order ID: 1292411, ordered on 18 Oct 15 and time slot 12 to 2 pm on 19 Oct 15. And they delivered to my momone Axe pulse deo cost 180 rs and one Axe denim aftershave lotion 50 ml cost 120 rs so total bill was 300. This app is a fraud. Delivering items at their will. And when I try customer care no one pics and call gets disconnected. They will send a message that we will get back to u soon. The website never opens. I have attached images also. Stop fooling people. If I was present at home then I had never paid for it.

I had order Grocery from peppertap on 15th oct 2015 and i selected delivery time between 12 noon to 2 o clock but it has not been delivered yet (Oct 16, 2015). Order status states order has been delivery, but, the fact is no one delivery my order. My order no is 1199313, 1199019, 1199545, 1199433. Sir, I have got some pepper cash in my number but I don't get delivery and they are saying my adress is misused . I don't know why they are cancelling my orders for the cash which I got by reference . There is no terms and conditions in apps of peppertap. Kindly do the needful .

Fraud company after paying cod they have deducted from my paytm wallet my order no is 1053643 I have orderd some items from peprtap 173 was charged so I was thinking that I can pay through pay-TV wallet so I have tried but the payment was not accepting so told to the pepertap guy to come home I have paid cod later he went 15 again my wallet was debited with 140 RSS have tried calling Customer Care they are not lifting the call

This is for my order number 1028421 I was made to wait for 2 hours over and above the scheduled time Call Centre advisors misbehaved ( Spoken to Lalit) No attempt was made to contact me and the order was cancelled stating that I am not available When tried to speak to the customer care the calls were released

.in my order 1 dozen banana is missing(12 pieces), 200 gm paneer is also missing, bingo chips is also missing.my order number is - 1069720. I had placed an order from pepper tap application to purchase Dove Damage Therapy dandruff care Shampoo 340ml which has a printed MRP of Rs. 235. But the MRP on the application is displayed as Rs. 285 and Rs. 282 after discount. I had placed the order using their coupon code which provides Rs. 150 off on minimum purchase of Rs. 250. According to that my bill amounted to Rs. 282 less 150 discount. Hence the net payable was came to 132. Here in this transaction the company claimed price more than the MRP of Rs. 235. Hence by increasing the MRP the company is trying to minimize the discount.

I ordered a Product from hyderabad and they delivered the product of half the amount but charged full amount and that too expired product. What if the Consumer Consumes the product on faith. These Online site is totally cheater and their premises should be liable to be sealed as they stores and delivers Expired Product.

Order no. 663728, 720624. Pepper tap is such a unprofessional and unethical company. For a company, which just started its operations in 2014, quality and cust service should be of prime importance but it's not. I was delivered expired Amul cheese on sep 21 and on bringing the same to notice of customer care, I was told to send the photos, which I sent but till now I have not got the refund. After this, I had to sent two more mails to remind them that I have been given expired product.. Post follow up finally I got a mail on sep 23 that I have been given a replacement product, but what was shocking was that even the replacement product was expired. This I showed to delivery boy immediately and he apologised and promised me that he will get the new product unexpired one the very next day.. Today is sep 27 and even after multiple mails and reminders, I am still waiting for my refund. Really a pain to deal with pepper tap. What is more shocking is these people apologise saying that they have not charged for replacement product ..what nonsense is this..first I get expired product and then apology mail says they have not charged me for replacement product..Hieghts o[censored]nprofessionalism and without even checking again expired Amul cheese is given . I have already written to company founder Milind Sharma, but seems even he doesn't care.. I want my refund and apology from Milind Sharma for such an awful expierence. These people should learn from big basket who are really professional in their approach. Waiting for resolution in this case immediately.

Order No. 530010 was placed by me on 13th September at NOIDA. Now just listen to the variety of problems: a) During ordering I did not get any chance to put the code SUNDAY25 to get 25% discount even though the paper has written the same. b) Out of items ordered 3 items were declared not to be delivered. 1 item was not delivered even though not declared. c) Brand of one item changed without taking permission. d) One item of same brand but different variety supplied, which was not required. On complain, the following done: 1) For item not supplied they refunded Rs. 80 without thinking that in future, if I order for Rs. 80, I have to pay another Rs. 50 for delivery. 2) Anyway for wrong item supplied at Sl No. d), they said sorry and told that we'll put another Rs. 100 in Peppertap cash. I am still awaiting this cash. Customer Service Executive Talked well but of hardly any impact. Avoid this service, if possible. Local Banya, Grofers, Big Basket are providing much better service.

My order no. order ID 526870 and 527582 booked on 13 Sep. I have chosen delivery on 14 Sep 6-8 pm. I did not revived the order, rather I revived a call from deliver buy, that come to your society gate and take your order. delivery boy did not wants to come at my door step. I complaint same at customer care no and he apologize for same and he residual my order to 8-10 pm 14 Sep. Today is 15 Sep, till now I did not revived the order. Friends do not waste your time with PepperTap they are not good in delivery.

SUB: DELIVERY OF WRONG AND INFERIOR PRODUCTS AGAINST MY ORDER NO. 518782 dated[protected]. Please note that different, wrong and inferior products have been delivered to my place against Peppertap order No. 518782 dated[protected]. I triedto contact the customercare number +91-[protected] but was kept on hold for long and no one responded. Please note that following are the item-wise defects, as per the bill stated in the trail mail: 1)...

My order no. 262687 (Freedom refine oil 5 liters) booked on Aug 12. I have chosen delivery on 13 Aug 6-7 pm. I didn't received any call.. When i called the respective branch pepper tap dealer they are saying the item is cancelled.. I want that product back.. Please call me to[protected] or [protected]... Don't cancel orders without the customer permission.. If once the customer is not there reattempt the delivery once again... Expecting better services and bright future for pepper tap... I ordered for the very first time from peppertap and i got cheated. there was an offer of freedelivery on food items above rs 200. so i placed an order above 200 as per the offer for free delivery. my order no is 267900 placed on 13 august 2015, inclusive of 16 snacky biscuits and one harpic toilet rim block, the total of which was 210 rs and thus no shipping charge. the order was succesfully placed and i got a call from the no [protected] saying we will deliver your order before 8. but i was handed only half the items (5 snacky packets and one harpic) bringing the amount to 102 + 50(shipping charge) of such changes i was not informed neither did i receive any msg or email from pepper tap. thus charging an extra 50 bucks for delivery without my consent. i was not handed the bill for the same either. when inquired the delivery boy said the items were not available and i would get a message as an invoice for my order. i waited for the msg and when it didnt come i called the no from which i had received a call earlier who agreed to forward the call to his head and then didnt do so.

Hi, I just ordered grocery and other stuff from your app as I heard a lot about you from my friends and colleagues. But it seems that my first order itself is improper and poor. I had ordered for Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk - Fruit and Nut but you have delivered a wrong product which is cheaper in price. I guess its not just the improper order but a case of cheat and false delivery. I guess i wont order anything from now on and will also make sure to register my feedback to every colleague and friend of mine who orders from you. Thanks a lot for improper service and cheat.
