our Tvt Dist benz was handling thiruvottiur more than 600 outlets area/ korrukupet left by NELLAI AGENCY more than 400 outlets area/ sowcarpet area left by Devi shree agency more than 550 outlets / and now vysarbadi also which was left by the sathish kumar brothers more than 700 outlets he was supplying in all these areas in billing in particular hvo outlets only and supplying in all the areas and their targets was very low to get number one in the Tamil nadu, This was not fair sir now he was supplying stocks for the 4 (four ) dist Areas which was handled but their Target is kept for the only one Dist, All the areas was fully coverd by our dist But the billing was made in the only few HVO Outlets only .This was the thing they are cheating the company with the help of the our ce Mr.j.elayaraja was telling him that he will make him to acieve him by selling the stocks in the 4 dist areas and make them to grow and to make him in number one in TN unit and he will get more incentives he was having more than 1000 coolers in all these areas and they are silling the stocks in these all areas IN NON DISCOUNT and they are punching the bills in the particular HVO Outlets Only.And now we are supplying all togother 2250 outlets stocks billed was punched in the particular hvo outlets only our ce was not bothering of all these things he was motivating wrongly to make hUge money by destroying the company money, he was given assurance that he will not place any new dist in these areas till he becomes NO -1 IN UNIT .AS Per his aim he was achieced as NO- 1 in the tty and he was going to get reward for the same ? 1) Our dist Benz was having the AOP TARGET in the year starts but after adding the the FOUR DIST AREAS AND 2250 OLS THE target was not got reviesed as our ce washaving the higher rapo in all the company officials he want to become NO-1 in the india and best ce in the india he was cheated and the he gots 180% of growth and for this he was getting reward? 2) PENETRATION; As per penetration our ce was KING in doing penetration and range sku selling bcoz our ce will sell in the2250 outlets and bills was made in the only his benz area outlets only even though the stocks was sold @ another 4 dist areas who non discount stock was also punched as discount one? 3) Our ce will always finish all the kpi and range sku penetration in the first of 5-10 days itself in every month as it was only the closing stock which was to be billed in spreading in each and every outlets. as dist and our ce was having mutual understanding he will allow to bill all the cases of closing stock and our ce will adjust to claim the amount company money? 4) dear sir PLS COME TO OUR MARKET THERE WAS MANY PROBLEMS IN THE MKT. ONLY OUR DIST GODOWN WAS DECORATED WITH THE TSB BOARD AND EDGE SCORE AND ALL THE COMPANY DATAS NEEDED BUT THE MKT WHICH WAS HANDLED BY OUR CE J.ELAYARAJA WAS FULLY IN THE BAND CONDITION AS PER COMPANY ALL THE SAMNA WAS HAVING BOGUS DATAS BUT IN REALITY ALL THE THINGS WAS MISUSING THE COMPANY MONEY? 5) ALWAYS OUR CE WAS WELL AND GOOD TALENTED PERSON IN THE ACTING WHEN ANY COMPANY HIGHER OFFICALS CAME TO THE GODOWN AND HE WILL SPEAK AS HE WAS GOOD AND HE WILL CHEAT ANY BODY AND NOW ALSO HE WINS THE NO-1 CE AWARD ?WRONG PERSON WAS CHOOSEN AND PLS COME TO OUR AREA BEFORE PROCESSING SIR ? NO WRONG PERSON SHOULD NOT GET ACKNOWLEDGED wrong motivation
