[Resolved] Pepsico India — kurkure packet i bought from vending machine was empty with only air filled in it. photos attached.

Hi,
I bought the kurkure packet from vending machine and in it only air was filled nothing inside it. I also contacted the pepsico for the same but no satisfactory reply came. I have kept the empty packet with me. Kindly look into it.
Pepsico claim that they have multiple quality check points with iso 9001:2008 and iso 22000:2005 and if these kinds of issues are coming then there is definetly some loophole.
