Pepsico India — Not getting refrigerator

Hello sir,
I am from Kanpur Nagar
I m doing this complaint again.because maine 15 din pehle complaint ki thi but I didn't get any proper help... maine naye refrigerator k liye documents 2019 se jama kiye h.. abhi tk refrigerator nhi mila h.. PepsiCo office lalbangla kanpur mei Aman siddqui ko 2019 se document diye h.. unhone abhi tk documents age forward nhi kiye h.. or call kro to bolte h.. lockdown h .. sbhi offices bnd h.. kaam bnd h.. lockdown khulega tb kaam hoga..
Please help
