We had a refrigerator provided by pepsi co. It was taken back by the company by assuring that new machine will be provided soon. We have not received it yet. All the required documents and CHEQUES were submitted. We have been asked to submit the documents twice in 4 years and still we are waiting for the refrigerator.Cheques had been already cleared and cashed in favour of Pepsi Distributor, but still nothing. Our business has suffered a lot because of above. No one is co operating. Complaint already filed with the customer helpline, but not resolved yet.
