I have bought a Pepsi 750 ML at a shop in Vijayawada at 9:30PM and found that there are so many insects and other dust materials in the bottle. My brother had opened to had a sip. Immediately he spitted out then we found that was made of some waste material and packed along with the drink. As My brother got hospitalized for this due to vomiting so many times. I would like to take this issue to Consumer court and Media Can some one let me know on Whom I need to complain and Sue at Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||||

this case also happen with me.now pepsi will entertain you.above is standard response from pepsico after some week they not even attend your call.they simply put your call hold and dont submit your bottel to pepsico.take highest action as you can take.
and one more standard response is we went through plat, sample we not found any contaminated sample so you have tampered the bottle.
