I am the owner of Sonu Karyana Store, located in Narot Puli, Sarna, Pathankot – 145025, Punjab.
In April–May 2024, I signed an agreement with PepsiCo for a single-door fridge, after depositing two cheques — one of ₹10, 000 and another of ₹100 — as part of the contract. I was assured by the local PepsiCo staff that the fridge would be delivered within 5–6 days.
Since then, over one year has passed, and I have still not received the fridge. Despite multiple follow-ups with local staff, I am only told that “it will arrive in 2–3 days” every time. I even made a metallic stand for the fridge last year, expecting delivery.
I have emailed PepsiCo India at consumer.[protected]@pepsico.com and pepsico.[protected]@pepsico.com on 29 May and 2 June 2025, but have received no response from the company.
Additionally, when I asked the local PepsiCo representatives to cancel the agreement if they could not deliver the fridge, they refused and told me I would have to sign a new agreement and make a fresh payment — which is completely unfair.
In the last 2 days alone, I’ve made sales worth ₹12, 000 from beverages — but now I’m unable to sell Pepsi products properly because of the lack of a fridge, despite being a Pepsi partner for many years.
I request PepsiCo India to please look into this matter urgently and resolve it as soon as possible by delivering the fridge or officially cancelling the agreement with a refund if delivery is not possible.
