Pepsico India — Return talking expiry goods

We have running a shop in Sivaganga distric and we are selling Pepsi products in our shop but our dealer is not talking the expiry goods back and he is saying that company will not talk the product back if the date was expired. A local companies are talking back the expired goods back why can't a multinational company can do a faver for that.
