Dear Pepsico We had a major problem of fungus and contamination in a Tropicana pack bought at a local outlet last week, here at Chennai. We made a complaint on the help line number. Some one called us to gather details like batch number etc. we gave all that information. And there has been no response after that. Its been a week since and no effective response as yet. No one has as yet even visited us to see the condition of the pack. It is getting dangerous for us to keep this contaminated, foul smelling thing in our home, expecting you will want to see it. Is there any other forum I need to raise this to you guys to respond. Details have already been submitted a week back to the Pepsi Consumer Care.
