I had ordered 2 products for which I received confirmation that the ordered has been successfully verified by the customer care team. But the same day in the evening without the customer care team calling on either of the 2 numbers provided a mail was sent to me stating that a product is not available w/o the details of the same. I called customer care and stunned to know that no escalation matrix exist and the agent on call was asked to transfer the call to manager on which I was replied that they are not authorised to make the customers contact with manager. Also it has been now 3 days that a mail was written but no reply has been received by me. Was this information helpful? |
