I got perfume2order gift voucher of rs 2500/- from my citibank points redeam. I used this voucher to purchase perfume in this website on 27.11.2018 and got invoice number. Unfortunately i have not recieved product yet and there is no information regarding the product delivery. I am trying to use the same voucher again but it saying already utilized the voucher code. Finally i lost my money and product as well....

I placed an order for faregammo perfume on 9th sept. I paid for it ideally by now the product should have reached me. But inspite of me mailing n reminders i didn't hear from them till now haven't received my product. There customer service numbers no one picks. I m in a fix how to get my money. Please help
